This...although wouldn't be shocked if Scholes took Carrick's spot. Would be surprised if Valencia doesn't start against his old club.

 

I am worried Nani has not featured against Burnley and Fergie has not spoken anything about him since he came off at half time against Birmingham. I think he is injured but I do not know, I hope he isn't ... anyone know?

Do we have to have Carrick and Fletcher together in the midfield?...we needed 2 holding mids before because Ronaldo didn't defend particularly well. Do we still need them? Can't we go with a more attacking mid (Anderson) in the center of the park?

I stuck Fletcher and Brown out on that wing as the ultimate statement that I didn't want the ball to be moved up the field on that side.... It has to go through the middle in that formation.

 

Fletcher is important for our central midfield.
