I've got a question to the guys who purchased Donovan's shirt at the Bash. What did you finally do to it? I never saw you guys at the game because I was at the other corner in the RS section.
If the shirt in question was the same one present at the breakfast, then I have a picture of what happened to it.

But this is what it's all about....the fans gotta give it to the players.....and the players gotta give it right back. I absolutely LOVE the passion in this picture. Way to go, Fire fans...and way to go Landon. (Besides that was the first time LD could ever do that to y'all since he'd never scored on the Fire before.)
You're really lucky that I'M such a nice person and didn't jump and grab the jersey. Just kidding.. but if it were ante or boca or beas's jerseys I may have super jumped at it with no regard of injury to others!
Re: Re: YCJ Photos: MLS Cup Weekend Quake fans would probably like to do the same thing. Let me know if you know of a place that will print out those pictures at a group discount rate. ;-) BTW, Fire fans, I was sitting in the opposite end of the stadium. Let me tell you that it was a beautiful sight to see first the blue section unfurl their Big Ass Quake Flag (BAQF), followed shortly by the red section unfurling their Big Ass Fire Jersey (BAFJ). The streamers thrown on the field was a nice touch. I turned to my 15-year old nephew and told him that that is what soccer passion is all about. He nodded in agreement. Well done Fire fans!
...right now I'm too depressed to relate all that happened, and will happen, to the jersey in question. Suffice it to say that when I am fully recovered, the shirt will pay for its namesakes' crimes. m (and photos WILL follow)
A statement of reality ... I'm sure this has been said before, Andy, but you are one helluva photograher!
