Here's Valencia on for Gibson. This should be interesting.

True. Gibson going to ground so often during a game is new to me, so I can't comment on how bad a tackler he is generally.

    Cathcart coming on for Rio.

    Rio has been superb today.

Interesting test for Cathcart and Evans now has to marshall the back line. Let's see what his leadership is like against decent oppo.

Tale of two halves for Nani, his passing has been rather poor on occasion this second half.

Valencia's crossing has been impeccable in the two games he's played so far. Our strikers need to get with the program and connect with some of those balls he puts in.

Yet his ground play has been disappointing or off (time will tell) as is with every run of the mill traditional wingers, like Nani, and that round game has been the framework for our success in the past four years.

Anderson has never missed a penalty, I think. Amazingly cool.

I was thinking that maybe Anderson would take our penalties this year...and then Nani came up for his penalty. Maybe he's going to do it...
