Hah! The goal keeper didn't move because he didn't have a clue where the ball was going to go....nor did anyone else!

Rooney is the easiest English name for Spanish commentators to pronounce.

    Somebody pinch me...

    Btw, we're not playing 4-4-2.

Fabio looks like little bit less like a lost puppy dog this year.

Sir Alex looked unhappy about something there, but I didn't see what.

we're playing a variant of it.

    ---------------------------Macheda
    -------------------Rooney
    Park----------------------------------------Valencia
    --------------Anderson
    --------------------------Carrick
    Fabio---------------------------------------El Capitan
    ---------------Cathcart-----------Brown
    ------------------------TOMMY

It doesn't appear to be balanced because Valencia and Park are cutting in.

Fabio was NEVER lost. I dunno what u are on about. Rafa was lost, but when he rarely made it to the pitch, Fabio looked like a pro.

Rooney does seem to be dropping further back than usual, but it's still more 4-4-2 than 4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3.

    Brown out, Rio coming on.

also Vidic is not playing. so the back four will be:

    Fabio -- Cathcart -- Rio -- O'Shea

well, good thing it is pre-season.

ummm....he has big brown puppy dog eyes but looks a little more grown up this year? jeez, be a little less sensitive.

Wes Brown is off injured...I was just almost getting used to seeing him play.:(

Indeed; which is why I am not surprised by the continued usage of Fabio @ RB. Infact, Fergie alluded to that Fabio was playing at LB in the youth levels to accomodate Rafael.
