I'm getting ready to buy some to make it through the winter season and I wanted input from someone who has them. I'm considering buying either the Adidas or Nike ones in Eurosport, both costing $25. Last year I bought the $10 pair from Eurosport and they are not very good. So I was wondering which is better between the adidas and nike pair if any of you know from experience. Thanks.

I wear regular little cloth ones that work fine. They cost two dollars and they usually make it through the winter season fine.

The problem with the cloth ones---they get wet and therefore, more cold. If you can stay dry, use them! They are best. Basically, the name brands are not that much different. I know $25 is a LOT. But, think of the reason you are using them. If it is justified, ok. Otherwise, cloth.

I agree with you Pokeden. The only reason not to get cloth ones would be if you are an attacker or central player who does not throw-in the ball often in a match. If you do throw the ball in often, I would not go with cloth since they will get wet and you will not get a good drip on the ball. So think about where you will be playing and if you really need the $25 pair.
