I'm not there because I don't live in DC, idiot. I will be there Saturday. There won't any Revs banners flying during the US game. Why should there be, anyway? Maybe there will be some people wearing Revs kits, but hey, at least we have a game hours before the US game that day. There isn't even a DC game tonight, so it makes no sense for them to wear their shit.

honestly nobody has really impressed me. even rogers has given the ball away at times. and made some just lazy hopeful crosses when they should have been hit firm and penetrating. and when he's had chances to shoot he's not come close. And he's been one of the better players tonight.

What about needing to criticize Davies?

Adu has potential. That doesn't build sitting on the bench in rich party town Europe. He belongs in the national team pool, but not on the field for this match. Davies was the right call.

Logan Pause? Who is he? We had two holding midfielders?

See what Davies did just there, I don't see Adu doing that. I really really wish he would.

You mean like when Donovan couldn't play with Bayern but had an automatic spot with the USMNT? You mean when Beasley couldn't play for Rangers yet laced them up against Brazil?

And.... Adu reminds me why he rides the bench for the first team. Can't do anything when gets great service from beckerman, tries and fails to box out ten times, andlooks lost the entire time. Davies comes on and dominates. Why do so many people love this overrated player?

His supporters were saying he should have been subbed in against Brasil when he has not played in awhile.

better then Ching too who was also too slow to even make it into the frame of the tv on that play. he'll score though in the end on a bungled tap in or a header and nobody will care.

65' 0-0 Honduras subs in #8 Lalin (F) for #10 Chavez (F). By odd coincidence, I just encountered "lalin" earlier today, while following Wikipedia links through Haiti to Creole. Creole is a simplification / evolution of French, and in some cases it retained the French article la, and merged it into the word itself, e.g. French la lune "moon" became Creole lalin.

But he's Honduran, so it must be mere coincidence. Surely "lalin" has its own etymology in Spanish.
