El amistoso contra Israel (un equipo que se planteo a lo ratonil) fue otro ejemplo de como jugar asi cumplica al estilo que propone Chile.
This was a tough game to crack and I was getting frustrated with the way we were playing. Once that first goal came everyone loosened up and the pressure was alleviated.
I keep mentioning again and again why Beausejour has to be a starter...he is one of the few in this team that can actually do a propper header...along with Mark Gonzalez and Suazo (funily enough). This is good not only for attacking but for defending corners.
Millar in my book is a decent player but there's no way in hell that Vidal or Isla should be riding bench while he starts.
Millar is an OK player, much like Cereceda...although Cereceda has a bit more balls. But I agree that Videl is better than these two put together...shame he is such a crazy horse sometimes...
Fair enough: Millar is an "OK" player and I would take it a step further and say he had an awesome 2008 season, specially the 2nd half. Having said that, he's not an NT-level player (which was proven vs. Honduras in a friendly this year and now against Bolivia, of all teams). Cereceda is good but not great. Though many people were against Bielsa's decision to call him up, against Peru (for example), he was easily one of the best performers. And this is despite having had an awful year with Colo Colo (a la Jara).
