I'd actually favour a 2-dms+2-wing-mfs-tactic, since that was used more often than a diamond and the formation I have is too offensive to be successfull, but there were too many great attacking and wing midfielders and not so many great dms...

    ------------ Drobny
    Beck - Simunic - Geromel - Lahm
    ------------ Josué
    Renato Augusto -------- Ribery
    ----------- Misimovic
    ------- Dzeko - Grafite

    Subs:
    Rost
    Höwedes, Schäfer
    Özil, Diego, Jarolim
    Gomez

The Bundesliga's top scorer would surely be in everyone's starting 11...no?

nine or ten were from penalties so not the top scorer from the run of play. However, he only played in 25 games. Maybe a 4-3-3 is in order.

I'm suprised no one has Tremmel starting nor on their Subs list.

He had such a great season.

I know but I wanted to be the contrarian. :D

I should have really put three strikers out there in my line up but Dzeko scored one of his 26 from penalties while Grafite scored 8 of his 28 from the spot.

Wow, finally someone who's not in the "a goalie who's team conceded 69 goals could not have been the best"-camp even though Kicker AND the Bundesliga players voted him the best keeper.

Yeah, and this is one of the most ridiculous things they could do. The Kicker List especially is such a joke. As if a goalkeeper was not partially responsible for this shocking amount of goals against. Enke could have conceded about 15 goals less at least if he wouldn't stay glued to his line all the time and give the defense some confidence. It's unbelievable how a goalkeeper who is supposed to be the best German keeper has not yet been able to support the defense even after years. And 96 does NOT have the worst defense of the league, absolutely not. What they need is a goalkeeper with some guts who doesn't care more about not risking anything than about taking some responsibility and help the defense. And the will to just not concede that 3rd or 4th goal for once.

And for his mediocre goalkeeping they put him in the "international class" category. WTF? Has he ever played against a top team, ever played a series of games on a high level? Just because he played two or three games for Germany he has international class now? We really lowered your expectations by now, eh?

And Wiese? International class? Because he saved three penalties in a cup game? He has screwed up Werder in the international competitions with his blunders and weak games for times in a row now and played one halftime against an English b-team and he's got international class?

    So much for Kicker.

May goalies of the year are Neuer, Drobny and Lehmann, Weidenfeller minus the bad start into the season and maybe Benaglio and at least for a couple of good games in the league and finally realising that being a professional goalie and being too fat does not go well together, maybe Wiese. Or maybe not because he is the most unsporting and unlikable f***tart ever. :p

Thanks for that new F word. I usually end it with a D, but that's doubly offensive. I'm going to start spelling it your way. And Wiese creeps me out.

Any suggestions for WORST players in the Bundesliga this year? ;)

Pitroipa? Really? I know he has been inconsistent but the kid is talented as hell and has had some really fine performances this season.

Including him in a worst XI of the season is a bit harsh IMO.

Who would you put at LM then?

Come to think of it, there isn't enough Bielefeld in that lineup :D
Maybe Kirch or someone like that.
