    Hi,
To introduce myself I am a football supporter of the Steaua Bucuresti. I used to be a part of one of the ultras groups until it was captured. Here is a website with some of our activity before we dissolved.

I am in Tokyo right now for 6 weeks with my architecture class. I am too busy right now to see any games, but after I finish the class my father will be coming and we will stay an additional two weeks. We wanted to get tickets for the June 27th Urawa vs. Kobe game at the Komaba, the July 11th Urawa vs. Hiroshima game at the Saitama, and the July 12th Iwata vs. Oita game at the Yamaha. I was looking at how to get tickets on their websites, but there is no information in english. We wanted to sit/stand in the supporters/ultras sections of the stadium for each of the games. I saw that you must buy the tickets from certain convenience stores (7-11/Lawsons/Family Mart), but all the instructions on the machines are in Japanese. Can some one help me to tell me when and how I can buy tickets for these games??

    Thank you so much

If you go to the convenience store and ask the clerk, they will be happy to help with you the machine.

Write down the dates and teams involved to show to the clerk in case they don't speak English.

"J-league no kippu o kaitain desu"
I would like to buy J-league tickets...

    Good luck.

You've been captured...? By who?? And how did you escape???

In any case, your best bet is to find a bilingual friend and had him/her to help you at the convenience store. Some young people working at the convenience store MAY speak English, but you'd need a lot of patience, and some luck.

...so the rule is that if the banner is "captured" (I think you mean "stolen") the group should disband...?

You don't necessarily have to buy the tickets in advance, though if you're going to watch Urawa it certainly helps. When I saw Urawa-Kawasaki at Saitama, I showed up about an hour before kickoff and was able to walk up and get a ticket (albeit 10 rows from the top).

If you're going to a match on a public holiday, definitely make sure to get one in advance. Also, make sure you get on the right train when going to Saitama Stadium. I took the one that went into Urawa instead of the one that lets out right near the stadium, so waiting for and riding in a shuttle bus cost me the better part of an hour.

Yes, in the ultras code you can't create a new banner for the fence and can no longer wear group scarves, shirts, or anything with the groups name.
Do you know if tickets for the games I mentioned have gone on sale yet? In Romania tickets only go on sale 3-4 days before a game. I was looking at these sites : http://www.urawa-reds.co.jp/Schedule/howtobuy.htm and http://www.jubilo-iwata.co.jp/ticket/ with google translate but it didnt really help.

Sanfrecce tickets usually go on sale about a month before, but I've never bothered buying in advance since the Big Arch never sells out.

The Urawa site is rubbish, I can't tell when tickets go on sale.

Tickets for the Iwata Oita game go on sale June 14th.

I don't know the specific situation with those grounds either, but at the Big Arch (Hiroshima) the Ultras section is restricted to members (i.e. season pass holders) only.
