You already did? And what did you discover?

I am very willing to play by those rules, I hope you notice what is usually instigated.

I will be fair on both sides. If you feel I'm not you can go to Customer Service and lodge a complaint with darknight or one of the other SuperMods.

hahaha. Seinfeld. thats a good episode

How many goals has Martins scored in the Qualifiers and how many has Aguero scored for his Country. this topic is about the Bolivian Nt team. in that aspect martins has proven more than Aguero. Argentinos even have doubts about Aguero
With a great player like Diego Forlan handling ATL Madrid. aguero will fear comfortable , any forward with forlan would. Forlan makes aguero seem better. Aguero has got skill but will never cut it as a star player. What does Martins have at Shakhtar? 2 brazillians that will not pass him the ball because of who knows why... Martins was top scorer in Copa Libertadores for a reason.

Sure, but what did you find out about the IP addresses?

I do not want to go back into the monotonous argument over "world-class" M3. But since you brought it up, Aguero is a true world class talent and was the heart of ATL Madrid last season. In the National team, most of the plays are looked to be finished my Martins, if you notice they are always trying to feed him the ball at all costs. In the Argie NT, everyone is a true World Class player, everyone plays with the exception that they have a Messi. If you look at their goals in qualifying Moreno has 5 IIRC and Aguero has 3.

Its apples to oranges bro. Martins is a Palermo/Ruud Vaan Nistelrooy(sp) forward, not too fast, good dribbler, and can head his ass off.

Aguero is more so a dribbler/ finisher, and is quick as the dicken's!

Of course Aguero gets the heads up based on him being Argentine, i garuntee if Martins was to stay and play for Brasil(as i am sure given his performance with Cruziero he would get a call up sooner or later), he would be considered world class.

But lets not start this up again.

    Back to Us vs. Colombia.

We need to come out with an experienced team, no experiments vs. Colombia. WE NEED A WIN OR A TIE, to even consider this game.

Yep, he'd be doing a lot better were it not for being bolivian, alot of people agree, not only bolivians. That's all I'm going to say.

Btw, this guy from Aurora got called up for the first time. If he was going to call up someone who hadn't been in the nt team before, wouldn't you have had him play in the next friendly available? No, not Sanchez I guess. And is he forward??? Because that would make my head spin again. That's all we have...forwards. Here we are in this forum dabating real chances, possibilities, but Sanchez wants to pull out another suprise on us. Lame.

Fuego, I think he wasnt to know the result.

Pepinointer -yo digo que acaba 2-2

Isnt Hurtado the guy Baldi touted and did horrible in his last game?

I'm biting my toungue about the comments I made about Cabrera, he scored two goals in the league, and i believe he had the goal of teh week last week. He's heating up again which is really good. He's gettig the playing time and the goals might come with it. Good for him, maybe he's worthwhile in Colombia and saving Botero for the Argentina game.

Cabrera had the first two goals

    Cabrera is class.

Were great with forwards. We have speed and flair. Unfortunately, we don't have creative mids.

Our defense looks pretty good. Sanchez is calling Raldes, but I don't think he is a 90 minute dude yet. I don't know. He should have played vs. Mexico. I also consider good news that PENA will be playing too. Our defense we from "crap" status to "Semi ok" status, assuming our top three defenders remain healthy and can click. I really think Pena would have been the difference maker vs. Uruguay.

We need midfielders with balls. Unfortunately, we don't have that and it's become our weak link. No speed and no imagination means crap.

^^^I dunno, it was all big ass Loco Abreu killed us when he came in. His hieght on that corner killed us, just like Pizarro vs. us in the Copa America in 97 where Pena was playing too. Not even he could have helped us over come his 6'4 height. :(

This is the roster that our "coach" put out yesterday:
    Los convocados
    Nombre Edad Club
    Carlos Arias 29 Bolívar
    Hugo Suárez 27 Wilstermann
Juan Manuel Peña 36 Celta de Vigo (ESP)
Ronald Raldes 27 Cruz Azul (MEX)
    Ronald Rivero 29 Universitario
Luis Gutiérrez 25 Hapoel Ironi (IS)
    Miguel Hoyos 28 Bolívar
Luis Gatty Ribeiro 29 Real Potosí
    Leonel Reyes 32 Bolívar
    Jaime Robles 31 Blooming
Ronald García 26 Aris Salónica (GRE)
    Julio César Hurtado 26 Aurora
    Ignacio García 22 Bolívar
    Edemir Rodríguez 24 Real Potosí
    Abdón Reyes 26 Bolívar
    Wálter Flores 30 Bolívar
    Mauricio Saucedo 23 Universitario
    Diego Cabrera 30 I.Medellín (COL)
    Alejandro Gómez 29 Blooming
Alex da Rosa 30 San José
Marcelo Martins 21 Shakhtar Donetsk (UCRA)
    José Castillo 26 Oriente Petrolero
    Joselito Vaca 26 Oriente Petrolero
    Joaquín Botero 31 Correcaminos (MEX)
Pablo Escobar 29 Santo Andre (BRAS)

Now, someone please tell me why Da Rosa and Hurtado are in, and not Didi Torrico or Cardozo? Didi was the only player we could salvage from the Mexico fiasco, and Cardozo is the current #1 scorer in our crappy league.

They have a bye this week and then they play Tampico on the road next Sat. I updated the last 3 games on this thread.

As far as promotion goes, they are still in the run. The best 8 teams in the overall standings (this includes the top team from the 3 groups) make it to the playoffs and they face off in a home and away series (1vs8, 2vs7, etc.) The winner faces the winner of last season (Querétaro) for the right to ascend to the 1st Division.

Every day that goes by I agree with baldi, he critized sanchez today and he had a solid point. The top five teams this season are
    R. Potosi
    N. Potosi
    Aurora
    Lapaz
    Universitario

This should be the teams with the most convocados not Bolivar, Oriente who are at the bottom or near the bottom the fact that the top five teams have only five players in the roster further proves sanchez disregard for a process he only cares about helping his buddies show themselves, Baldi also said that many leagues even the smaller south American teams won't even consider players from other countries unless they have a certain number of nt apperances. That puts a lot of the sanchez decisions into perspective

What happened to aurora or universitario hell potosi in the copa libertadores??

I mean i know what baldi's getting at, but the bottom line is even though these teams play well in bolivia, players in bigger teams like bolivar even though they dont perform good in our league, are better built for national team play.

Dude biggest example is Hoyos he hasn't played a descent game 09'. I'll give him that he was the 10 from brazil but he is on the decline we all saw against Mexico. I saw it in Bolivia when he played with bolivar. Universitario has two wing backs that are way above Hoyos in both speed and CURRENT level of play if u saw la U play against cruzerio on Wednesday u saw both Zabala and Bejerano, but since Hoyo's deal with the paraguyan team went south in the off season sanchez is not going to give up on his cut of the deal and will continue to have on the nt untill some dumb soccer scout gets hoodwinked and signs hoyo's slow a$$.

    1. Sanchez gave into all the Bigsoccer pressure (and all the Bolivian newspapers actually :D ) and decided to call Didi Torrico. Check it out in FacetasDeportivasTv.

    2. I agree that just because a player plays well in our national league does not necessarily mean he/she can play well internationally.

    3. It is, however, no secret that Sanchez/Chavez have his sponsored players who are only called up for whoever knows what reason. I think at least some Universitario players deserve a second look at.
