por favor, hasta cuando vamos a seguir alabando la liga mexicana sin ningun motivo?

el nivel de la liga Mexicana ya lo hemos visto en la Copa Libertadores 2009.. Esta por debajo de la mayoria de ligas Suramericanas..
El Pachuca ya fue eliminado cortesia de nuestro arquero Calerito..
San Luis, el mejor equipo de la liga Mexicana de 2008 (con tres jugadores Colombianos nada menos) fue goleado y ya esta casi afuera de la Libertadores..

Solo quedan Las Chivas que esta semana perdieron su primer partido contra el Caracas y todavia estan en la pelea, pero viendo su nivel futbolistico, dudo mucho que lleguen lejos.

think they are joining the MLS next year or in 2011. They are one of the probable expansion teams.

USL isnt MLS 2nd diff its a completely different federation. Some teams are even better than the MLS ones and have more money because no salary cap

This I feel this capitalizes on our best qualities to help where we are weakest. We have great Cbs who can play in the box nd wide. and they are great at what they are supposed to do DEFEND. wingback offenses rarely work, nd ours r talented but cannot cross. Focusing the entire attack on them is retarded, they get exhausted nd can rele attack or defend by the end and not like theyr great defenders anyways. This causes our coaches to think more on dms. Stupid. We need possesion all over the field. In a way this can be considered a ten system, but id only place very offensive players in there to be a rele deep striker\attacker. With the ability for distant goals and great dribbling to penetrate. Marrugo is great at crossing and at possesion. Toja has played head an shoulders above everyone else weve tried on the left for the NT. Wason is great, Falcao is a scorer nd i feel hed work in this system way better. Aguilar and Sanchez are defenders and distribbutors, Aguilar can rele calm the team down nd keep position and great movement back and forth. This will never happen.

This is very easy for Lara to play using players he does call. Its not very different, just the side mfs arent stressed to defend. Again Marrugo and Toja for me are the best attacking\defending mfs who have played with the NT recently. Pino i think is the wild card, and hopefully hell be healthy by this game. We dont need to just win this game, it is one of two golden chances lefft to make the goal difference more pretty. If everything goes right for colombia from now on, if it isnt a point or two, goals will decide the last spot for the mundial. Again its a long shot but we have to win and win big here. Pino is a huge threat, and i feel this is exactly where we should debut him. Let him do anything he wants againt a weak defence at home.

Finaloly its the typical formation. Wioth the players he usually calls, this is by far the best men to field for this formation. I dont think this formation is capable of scoring more than a goal if that. Instead of Macnelly or gio who would play the ten, id give Pino a try. Hes selfish according to many ppl, but in this formation he wouldnt have anyone to pass it to anyway. let him do what he wants and create his own chances.

Its clear id rele like Pino in the NT. but i dont believe he is a saviour. There are plenty of guys who can play who can be great if wed just alter the formation. Hugo, ELkin, Mao, Guarin, sanchez, teo.... countless players can be called. Sadly ther arent anymor3e friendlies and the only ones we had Lara experimented with guys like MArin. hes not the kind of coach to make a crazy change before a game like this, so we know Vargas and bedoya are the guys starting. Sadly we will play in a way we all know is in no way the best representation of our players or our country. I live and die with this team, but sadly this ultra conservatism/rosc is killing any chance for us to make a change.

I hope we have a really good home crowd vs Bolivia. I know we can win. To be honest I am a little nervous but I think we are gonna reach the 6 points these next two rounds. I'm confident in winning against Bolivia but Venezuela might gives us trouble since lately Maturin hasn't been our favor.

This will turn our qualifiers around if we get 6 points that realistically we should get with our team and their teams.... 2 of the weakest teams in the conference.... if we cant get 6 points we are in huge trouble.

That brings us to 17 points.... then we must win the other home games Peru,Chile,Ecuador(9 points) to 26.... all being very possible. With 26 points we can qualify 5th but I rather not face off with Honduras or Mexico and go directly to 4th.

So any points against Uruguay,Paraguay(not a hard game will qualify by the next game), Argentina(colombia es tu papa).

Qualification is very possible BUT WE MUST SCORE !!!!!

Our big games are Boliva !! We need to turn it around I know as soon as Falcao, Renteria or Roda score the pressure is off them and they will keep netting in goals for us. Tho I am still worried with the stupid 10 system and how Lara thinks this team is amazing when there are so many things to fix.

Then Uruguay away which is what broke us last time... they are our big rival . Taken us out of the last 2 WCs. Any points we get here will be great

Chile the game that killed 2006 dream for us by tying. They are to me the 4th best team especially after they beat us 4-0. Its not a game for revenge we just need the 3 points (goal average is going to kill us we need to have more points than Chile/Uruguay to Qualify)

1. Julio no es arquero de seleccion colombia, yo me veo todos los partidos que transmiten por tv, y este arquero hace varios errores por partidos.
Arqueros buenos tenemos, internacionalmente Mondragon es lejos el mejor, juega en una liga buena, y es figura de su ekipo. para la banca esta ospina, que hay que dejarlo que coja experiencia... En el torneo local el mejor arquero colombiano es lejos juan pablo ramirez, que fue gran parte de la razon por la que el deportivo cali entro a los cuadrangulares.

2. Marin lleva varios anos de figura del libertad de paraguay jugando de lateral izquierdo, tambien es solucion para tiros libres.

3. Colombia le falta hacer goles en los partidos, talves es hora de llamar alguien con experiencia y nivel.

4. Giovanny Hernandez tiene consitencia en todos los partidos, y siempre se puede hechar el ekipo al hombro.

no, lo del portero esta bien, igual prefieron a mondragon, este portero es de enorme calidad y nunca se le dio el puesto que merece en la sele, pero marin? es muy impreciso, lo unico bueno que tiene son sus tiros libres y gio10 ya todos conocemos sus condiciones de lo que es capaz y cuando se le da la gana hacer

giovanni solo juega bien contra equipitos. Cuando le paran al frente a un argentino se va en damier... y con la irregularidad de nuestros # 10 preferiria jugar sin uno.

well considering we are going to use a 10 and playing 2 small teams.... Ven & Boliva hopefully he lives up to his rep and is a beast the next 2 qualifiers.

Against Argentina hopefully we dont try that 10 stuff... especially with Vargas playing... hope he doesnt get a hard on for Messi like he did for SAviloa last time and get his ars red carded again

y en el 5-0 fue pacheco, tampoco fue tressor,

tressor se hecho el equipo al hombro en el 3-0 contra ecuador, donde hizo dos goles

Aunque Julio no esta en su mejor nivel en la actualidad, con excepcion del gol ante Paraguay siempre ha sido San Agustin con la seleccion. Me gusta Mondragon (que tambien se hizo un gol de antologia por alla en el 96) y Ospina, pero aunque no discuto el talento de los arqueros del torneo Colombiano, casi ninguno tiene la experiencia de esos tres (Cordoba, pero esta lesionado y ya no es el mismo de antes).

Esa posicion tiene muchas variantes y Marin es una alternativa, pero a mi nunca me ha descrestado como jugador, me parece que con su velocidad y su potencia (no me parece muy preciso) vende mucho, pero su aporte a la defensa siempre ha sido cuestionable.

Como quien?

JPA lleva parado 4 meses.
LGR no es del agrado de muchos.

De resto de los veteranos ninguno tiene el nivel de esos dos.

Consistencia? Pero cagara con la misma consistencia querra decir, porque siempre se c@ga del susto en los pantalones. Los unicos partidos en los que medio es figura es en los amistosos o contra algun club irrelevante. Es hora de darle oportunidad a otro y dejar de comerle cuento a La Muñeca.

Marin lo subieron a jugar de volante porque no retorna y no defiende.
La muñeca ni hablar.
Tressor muy irregular en su paso por San Luis.
Angel es un crack pero no juega hace 4 meses.

IRC no ha sido llamado por Lara y la dupla Yepes-LAP ha funcionado.
Se te olvido Christian Zapata, el mejor zaguero de la actualidad.

JC Quintero? Pulllleeeeeze, no es malo, pero hay jugadores mucho mejores en el torneo colombiano.

donsorro: si hay hombre gol, lo que pasa es que no pisamos el area contraria con frecuencia y el esquema del hace 4 o 6 meses no alimentaba a los delanteros, esperemos la vision de Lara para tratar el la falencia.

I wouldnt mind see G10 as our play maker if and only we call up strikers who play with one most importantly Teofilo the best striker in the league and one that clicks perfectly with G10.

THe thing with the NT is no chemistry.... u can bring up the 10 doesnt work(i do, almost like a broken record) but the only time I saw Colombia play well was in 2006 when we had Tessor, Soto, Viafara together in the midfield and they had all playd at Once Caldas together.

Right now we have Guarin(Portugal,doesnt start), G10 (Colombia), Vargas(Arg), Marin(Paraguay), Toja(ROmania)...... all these players play very differently in their clubs than the NT and need chemistry. You can argue they were all in the sub 20... but that was 4 years ago....

Our strikers Falcao, Renteria, Roda basically only score headers recently and whens the last time COlombia has made a cross in a game?? For christ sakes we pass every single corner kick we are given....

eso es cierto, pero JPA no lleva parado 4 meses

estan en argentina hace 30 dias y ya llevaban pretemporada adelantada
paro solo desde medio noviembre hasta 2nd semana de enero.

Angel es un gran jugador, ya paso su mejor rendimiento, pero es clase aparte en la MLS. Cuando digo crack me refiero a su condicion general aunque soy consciente que no esta enfrentando grandes jugadores.

Pero es pretemporada, yo no creo que se pueda tener en cuenta. Pongamoslo de otra manera, su ultimo partido oficial fue hace 106 dias.

Cordoba Yepes y Zapata, son centrales de Elite Mundial, cualqueira de los 3 puede jugar tranquilamente
