I realize that I came to the game a bit late, but can I still buy in?

Charlie did not even sit on the bench last match?

To bad he could not spend time with Hammarby instead.

I have a buddy from Sweden I talk to on MSN who is a big Hammarby supporter. We chat it up about Charlie every now and then. He likes him a lot and Charlie had a nice finish to the year last season.

Ok I'm talking to myself it seems. Well just reminding myself and those stopping by that CD is kicking of against Houston Dynamo at the HDC right now. A summary should be available at hammarbyfotboll.se after the game.

oh wow, I didn't realize they were going to take on the Dynamo. That should be a nice preseason test for both teams.

Thanks for keeping us up-to-date. Can you sketch out briefly the rest of Hammarby's preseason and early season schedule, particularly as it relates to CD's (possible) participation in US WCQ matches (@ El Salvador on March 28; v. Trinidad & Tobago on April 1). When will the team return to Sweden? When does the season start? Thanks in advance!

Anything for a fellow CD fan. Hammarby has the following friendlies scheduled:

    Feb. 28th
    March 7th, 14th and 29th.

The season starts April 4th so it is possible for CD to join the USMNT for those matches. He will probably be a wreck for the season premiere but he's done that before. If he's on the squad I don't think Hammarby will stop him. There's usually a spring camp in the Mediterranean (often Cyprus) in mid-March but I can't really say when that is scheduled this year.

The team leaves LA on Sunday, back to the snow and cold, I bet they can't count the days :)

    Hope it was any help!

Hammarby is in the LA. They lost 2-0 to Chivas USA. Davies was subbed into the game though there is little of him on the highlights.

I noticed in the highlights you put up on the match several times the camera panned Mr. Bob Bradley in the background. Never focused on him but it was clearly Bob.

Yeah, it is him. The text at the bottom confirms it as well.
