Texian Army members should check the travel forum in the discussion boards at the Texian Army site for more info on the two upcoming road trips: Mar. 3 in Cancun for the CCL game; and Mar. 7 in Austin for the Aztex game.

Here are some updates and upcoming events: Lyrics for New Songs We added the lyrics to some new songs for 2009 at the Chants page at the Texian Army site. You can also go to that page to download a PDF file that has the new songs and many of the older ones that we sing during the games. We'll soon add some new MP3s so that you can hear how the songs sound. Song/Drum Session on Sat., Feb. 7 We'll have another song/drum session in Memorial Park on Saturday, Feb. 7 at noon. If you've been thinking about joining the Texian Army in 2009, come out and meet some of us on Saturday. We'll gather in the parking lot on N. Picnic Lane off of Memorial Drive. Here's a map. Viewing Party on Wed., Feb. 11 for US v Mexico Many members of the Texian Army and other soccer supporters will be at the viewing party hosted by the Mezzanine Lounge (US 59 & Greenbriar) on Wednesday, Feb. 11 at 6:00 pm for the United States v Mexico game. The game will be shown upstairs in HD. Travel to Cancun Texian Army will be in Cancun to support the Dynamo for the Concacaf Champions League game and other shenanigans.
