Brother Mike had one of his ACL's reconstructed yesterday. He'll be getting the other one done later in the year. Must be all that bouncing in 135. He seems to be doing fine today but is laid up at home immobile. The good news is his nurse is HOT! Get well soon buddy....

Well the BBQ thing didn't work out cause Mike is feeling kind of down and out today and hurting just a bit. So get some rest bro, call if you need anything.
Thanks for the kind words everyone. I'm doing much better tonight. I scaled back my rehab tonight as well, so as not to go through what this morning was like again. I think i got a little cocky and did too many leg lifts, and paid for it for hours. I can't wait to get past needing the hydromorphone so i can have an ice cold brew. I don't remember the last time i went this long without at least one beer.
Go easy on those leg lifts. You're going to need both your knees for the upcoming season. Get better soon!!
