Yep, that's it. Oddly enough, BigSoccer had a sparse few Dragon shirts thrown in with the re-done flag shirts at their warehouse, so the federation must not have sold them all. (I ordered a flag shirt and ended up with a Dragon shirt. And yes, I kept it.)
