I won't be their for this game but for the game at the Azteca vs the nads 8/12/09 I already bought my airfare
IESPIEN seems to think the game will be in Seattle... the Nads are overconfident... they have been playing well but I think Mexico is going to turn the tide when least expected.... Mexico wins in Seattle. http://espndeportes.espn.go.com/blogs/index?entryID=755445&name=John_Sutcliffe
It won't be in Seattle for two reason the coach said they don't want to play on turf and they don't want to play on the west cost. "In the next 10 days, we will have a complete of places that we are going to consider for various venues and will discuss that with Bob and try to internally finalize those venues. There are some fairly obvious places where we have been successful at. Bob has laid out two criteria that are important to him: We aren't going to play on artificial surface, even though in theory we could, and we strongly prefer not to play in a situation where there is temporary grass laid in for a couple days. Large [Latin American] populations will further affect things." Single fixture dates could impact the decisions, as well, because, for example, it would be a long trip for European-based players to compete in one qualifier in the western U.S.
I have a feeling it will be at a University field like Penn state or what about one of the Philedalphia stadiums?
Salt Lake is a possibility: http://espndeportes.espn.go.com/news/story?id=756337&s=mundial&type=story

I am a USMNT supporter and a member of the USSF presale list. As soon as presale info is available I will post it here for your use. The USSF usually has tickets available in three categories, US Supporters, Away Supporters and Neutral. I would hope that everyone here will respect my gesture to make this readily available and purchase Away Section tickets and Neutral while allowing US supporters to fill up our sections.
Be sure to leave your plastic horns at home. They are banned currently at Rio Tinto Stadium, and I am not sure if they will lift the ban for this match
What is the weather like in SLC at that time? What are the nearest places to snowboard? If I do end up missing school for this, I'm going to get in all the fun I can.
