27.10 - Faroe Islands 6-2 Luxembourg in Marijampole, Lithuania

Faroe Islands easily win mini-tournament. Lithuania v Luxembourg on Wednesday in final match. A draw would be enough for Lithuania to take 2nd place.

    CORRECTION

    27.08 Slovenia 0-4 Bulgaria.

Not sure if this was the Slovenia A-team, but it seems to have been the Bulgaria A-team who played.

    Mini-Tournament in Bosnia-Herzegovina
    30.10 Bosnia-Herzegovina 1-2 Bulgaria
    01.11 Bulgaria 3-2 Kazakhstan
    03.11 Bosnia-Herzegovina 1-0 Kazakhstan

Bulgaria win mini-tournament. Azerbaijan couldn't make the trip to Bosnia because of visa issues.

    Mini-Tournament in Macedonia
    07.11 Macedonia 3-2 Malta
    07.11 Armenia v Estonia
    09.11 Macedonia v Armenia
    09.11 Estonia v Malta
    11.11 Macedonia v Estonia
    11.11 Armenia v Malta

Croatia, Georgia, Latvia and Turkey are the other 4 sides who have yet to be involved in their 3rd mini tournament, so all or some of these sides will probably play the next mini-tournament. There will be one more round of mini-tournaments for the 15 lowest-ranked European sides next spring.

Just in case you don't believe it - http://www.faw.org.uk/news/1213

Wales are not such a bad team, FIFA rank 51 to Finland's 17, and they were playing at home as well. Finland dominated the match, but Wales were able to sneak a draw.
