do you notice a big difference without lace covers? i am thinking about doing it but dont wanna trash the uppers.
I know that when I cut the lacecovers off of my F50.6 Tunits, there was a marked improvement in the touch of the boot. Of course that was not surprising considering I couldn't even feel the ball with the lacecovers. It depends how neatly you cut them off, because they can look quite ugly - but for the change in touch, I really would recommend it. Just ask Nasri...
well but a pair of f10s lol and see if they feel good and then get some really ol' f30s or something for real cheap and have a go if you ******** up then you do if you dont then you dont
if your too worried about cutting the lace cover off, then you can cut the mesh type stuff thats under the laces. If you wear two socks you don't even feel the laces (at least i don't) and its virtually the same thickness as it would be without the cover, and IMO i think it looks a lot better.
I went to my local soccer shop and got me some Silver/Red Vapor III's! Damn, I forgot how awesome this boot is! Can't wait until friday to try them out! And about pics, I'll ask my friend for his phone and hopefully take pictures.
Vapor IIIs are very good boots. I didn't get any blisters from them at all, and they fit amazing. My foot use to be really skinny, but recently it grew wide (its bout time) and now I don't even have to tie my shoes and the shoe will still stay on.
Yep I really do like them, they're very good boots if you look past the gimmicky aspect. A couple of new purchases:
