I picked up a pair of White/Royal adiPUREs today at the adidas store in NYC. 40% off! I'll post pics later once I find the charger for my camera.
Yeah, I've owned pairs from both, and the pair made in Bosnia is a little bit better quality-wise than the pair that was made in China (NikeID's, which are all made in China). Legends made in Italy however are by far the best that were available to the general public (I had a pair of White/Red Promo's).
ctoa, are you the one with the silver with white stripes miAdidas adipures? if so, how are they holding up for you?
Yep, that would be me. Honestly, I haven't worn them all that much, except during a couple games. They aren't as bad as I thought they would be (durability-wise), and the overall quality seems much better than the retail adiPUREs. Stretching hasn't been a major issue YET, but I do wish I would've gotten them a half size smaller or so.
my coach had miadidas tunits and they last a whole 27 days. he actually liked them and is extremely mad at the quality. i was just wondering if other people had had similar durability issues with miadidas products. ur adipures look so nice btw
My miadidas powerswerves lasted 7 games, no practices. Interestingly enough, they tore on/along the vamp. Took me a month to get adidas to let me send them back. Now I am waiting just for them to place the order. Yesterday was two months since I sent them back. Sigh...
Well when "soorbob" gets bored he, much like Ronaldo, does things that irritate people, like diving or his [Soorbob's] ill advised attempt at humor... On topic, I picked up two pairs of legends which I will post pictures of when my replacement miadidas ps's arrive. Also sorry for the double post.
too bad about your powerswerves. they looked great in the miadidas thread. the clear part on the bottom of the shoe completely came out on my coaches. no sign of rips or anything. maybe miadidas isn't as good as a lot of us once thought.
Those Euro Vapors do look incredible - possibly even more so because I can't see the lacecover in that photo - they really would have been THE bomb without them. The CL Adipures look curiously good - I wouldn't expect it with those colours - perhaps any colour just looks good with the slick design.
