Uli's editorial on Oli http://soccernet.espn.go.com/columns/story?id=539380&root=europe&lpos=spotlight&lid=tab1pos1&cc=5901
I would have never imagined Kahn to play his last game as a professional in India!!!..Amazing. End of an era - thats all I've got to say. Danke, Olli!!
His farewell game is next week. I liked this quote by reputable political journalist Kurt Kister on the occasion of Munich's 850th anniversary: Only in Munich Oliver Kahn could become the greatest living philosopher in town.
damn, seeing his picture in the paper and seeing him playing again makes me sad I miss the guy, and want him back. This has nothing to do with Rensing, I just miss the guy
Danke für alles Olli. Sie sind fantastisch! Viel Glück! To be a fan of both Karlsruher and Bayern, Im so glad you played for both! And so sad to see you leave.
Goodbye Olli. You're a a yuppi who likes to go berserk every once in while but I'll miss you because of that. Ivan misses you also: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e1yt_EAtAVc
He was a legend, not always for the right reasons, but he had a hell of a career. It's an end of an era for German football. However, the new era begins with Adler, Neuer, Rensing. Should be a nice follow up to the history of Kahn, but I will miss the as#hole comments that Kahn made all the time. Especially post game interviews and flying kung fu kicks.
