Go to the WPS web site and go to the "jobs" area. There's a place you can go to fill out your info, and they will notify you when a job you have inquired about opesn. Now that we have a team coming the Bay Area, you can specify that's where you want employment.
Yep, I still have 'em! I think there's a place to sign up for them on the WPS web site. I'm hoping they don't want the money just exactly yet. *Applies for a gazillion credit cards right this second*
I signed up to have them call me on my cell (and e-mail me) once the tickets become available. I probably have enough to front 2 tickets, depending on how much they wind up being.
Our season seats were like, what? $250 each seat or something? I know they were less than the Stanford WBB tickets were at the time, which are up to like $325 now.
There's going to be a caterpillar holocaust tomorrow morning. Aside from existing, they've really pissed me off because the only way I can get rid of them is to pick them off by hand. There's no poisons, no dusts, no powders. So, I'm going to enjoy killing every last single one of those creepy little red-footed bastards.
The horrah! *gets on soapbox* “When they gave up on Iraq, they gave up on America." F-U, Rudy Giuliani. F-U to the bowels of hell. You proved you Reeps have nothing to run on. Absolutely mother-frakkin' nothing but the politics of fear. Maybe if your beloved president read that National Intelligence Estimate dated August 6, 2001, then maybe your town would have been spared the massacre that befell it.
let me know when they tell you. Then you can pm me where to deposit the money.. you are loud?? wow.. you haven't met me yet....
Feeling is gradually coming back in my thigh... it's tingly and itchy... It's a deep tingle that can't be scratched. (That almost sounds vulgar... hehehe.)
i'm duct taping it to my ass next time. in other news: if mccain and palin win the election i'm moving to canada. they give me the creeps. ********ing evil ass creepy couple.
LOL piper... Time will tell if you have to move to Canada or not. But in the meantime, at least we in America have The Daily Show. Be thankful for them because they bring us gems like this: http://www.thedailyshow.com/video/index.jhtml?videoId=184086&title=sarah-palin-gender-card
OK. This is true but... ...RB and I are pretty legendary. We're not needlessly loud for the sake of being loud (see: drunk guy), but we actively cheer pretty much the whole game.
Good idea. I said if Bush won a second term I was moving to Canada. But it's cold(er) in Canada. So I wimped out.
*dies* *dies again* I love John Stewart. Those news clips of Rove at the beginning were classic. And the whole Spears thing... *dies again* And in Dick Morris's defense... *dies*
I just sent that clip to my manager. *dies again* There are a couple of things I love about the Bay Area, and one of them is that I can pretty much assume it's "safe" to have a political discussion of share something like that because either the person has similar political ideals or, if not, we have have an honest and intelligent discussion about our differences. It was such a huge change for me when I moved up here from Los Angeles, and 8 years later it's still one of the things about the Bay that makes me happiest.
