Incorrect use of the term "Abbying it out." Point deduction. Abby saw a doc. She was just a major bad ass with seemingly some alien from another planet pain tolerance.

We have these things called 'mosquito hawks' that look like giant mosquitos, but they really don't bite:

    Did it look like this:

I was stung by this mo-fo last spring. I had no idea how bad a caterpillar sting could be till one of the bastards fell off some hibiscus onto my arm.

The caterpillars are gregarious in all their instars, many times traveling in single file processions all over the food plant. As the larvae develop, they will lose their orange color and will turn bright green and urticating, having many spines that cause a lot of pain if touched. The spines have a poison that is released with the slightest touch-wiki

ps we always called those spiders "daddy long legs"

    Yep, I know bugs. :p

We call them granddaddy long legs. :D

Not sure why, really. 'Harvestmen' sounds kind of cool and almost ominous. Plus, granddady long legs, or even daddy long legs just takes too long to say.

All cows, whether they be dancing and singing "We will rock you!" are evil and should be avoided at all costs. The only good cow is a steak. Medium well, with mushrooms.

She will tell you her name. Just keep listening. *nods*

My truck's name is Kate. :D

This is not a picture of Kate, but this is the same model. Kate is prettier, though. (Also, I know how to focus my camera, and this guy does not, but there are not a whole lot of pictures of 1999 Nissan Frontier XEs on the web so this is what you get for now.)

Actually, I'm surprised you didn't already name your bike Abby...like Abby Wambike... :p

    Hey! My name is Kate.

I love the Abby Wambike idea. It can be used like this: CM's Wambike is fast, isn't it??

OH, RB! Next Sunday! Lynx in Sac! WIGGINS!! Wanna go?! :D

(Also invited, anyone else on the KK who can at least fake being interested in basketball for a few hours. If you aren't interested in basketball, RB and I will try to convert you...and we might even be successful. However, we might also be LOUD. You have been warned.)

See, I'm one of those people who is a fan of the name Katherine (Catherine, Katarina, pick your favorite variation) in a big way.

You can be sophisticated, and run with your proper name: Katherine
You can be informal and go with Kathy.
You can be cutesy and go with Katie.
Or you can be staightforward and down to earth and just be Kate.

    *nods*

    RAWR! :D
