On the pre-game program this morning, Fox Soccer Channel had a clip of a worked up Roy Hodgson implying that Wenger is tapping up Bullard. I say, just say NO he can't go!
With Bullard's strong play and Arsenal's weak midfield showing- the pressure is on Wenger. Arsenal got slammed in the English Press over this. Of course Fulham was correctly credited for their good summer transfers and the "plan" for the game.
I sure hope not. I've become pretty attached to Fulham over the past year, even beyond rooting for the Yanks. I'd hate to see Bullard leave as he's become one of my favorite players.
The Fulham team that played the gunners last week was barely recognizable with all the change in personnel.
