No one started a thread for the game so i guess I will.

Game starts at 9pm CST on ESPN2 and Galavision. For those that aren't going to be close to a tv I'll be streaming the game like always at www.mundocramex.blogspot.com.

Feel free to bookmark that site, I'll be doing tomorrow's game of the Galaxy vs Fire too.

WTF??? the game is blacked out on ESPN2 via DIRECTV. ESPN tryully does hate soccer. F'em. I'm sure the Galavision telecast will be better.

Lewis is down with a nasty gash. This Guatemala team is dirty and flopping. Typical of Ruiz!

What is up with all these dirty plays from Guatemala?
I guess we aren't seeing Eddie Lewis tomorrow night.
I swear we are snake bit!

Bradley should have taken out Cherundolo, this guy is a freakin idiot for picking up two stupid yellows and getting tossed.

    What a moron!

Lewis will probably be out for a month, while Ruiz will probably now score a hat trick and go on to be rejuvenated for Toronto.

Bocanegra was so open that Gordon could have scored that.

That's what SHE said! HAHA! :D

Why can't Cronin play like Tim Howard?

Howard to Cronin, "You see once the ball hits your hands, you catch it first and then hold on to it."

Cronin: "OOhhhhhh, I think I get it now. I think?"

I'm so glad I don't have to root for Ruiz anymore.

    What a douche.

What a horrible win by the USA. I never thought I'd feel worse about my national team after an away win in central america.

Mbar, it's not our boys' fault for the ugly win, Guatemala just played more physical and we couldn't employ our passing game.

Yeah I'm disappointed with Bradley, our tactics, etc. We played their style and it was an ugly game. We can only score goals from our CBs on set pieces. We played incredibly conservatively and many of our guys looked really bad. BUT we got the win, on the road, in that hostile environment. In WCQ that's all that matters. Sure we might not be good enough to beat some better teams, but tonight we were good enough to get the win. I can't ask for any more. All that matters in qualifying is the result, and we got the right one tonight- whether we earned it or not.

We should have done much better. Still, I'll try and gain some perspective.
