    Finland versus Israel

The match will be played in Tampere. This will be our only friendly before the World Cup qualifier against Switzerland. I believe that Finland will be a good test and I hope that they call up Roni Porokara!

I bet I will find a stream just like I did for the Bnei Sakhnin match. If Sport5 is broadcasting this friendly, expect there to be a stream. If it will be on Israel 10, it will be more difficult, and if the Israeli Network broadcasts it out of Israel, then the only way to see it will probably be through their online viewer which costs money.

im sure there will be some sort of stream, even if its in finnish or something. Lets just ask out finland counterparts if they will have a stream so we can watch it from theirs if the israeli one doesnt work out.

Im sure it'll be on TV here in Israel. either on Sport 5 or one of the national channels, which are free. I even have the paid channels just in case. if sport5 are showing it, im pretty sure they will also be streaming it on theyre site for free too.
Also, out new (ugly) Adidas kits will be debuted in this game.

    Klemi Saban (Maccabi Netanya)
    Dedi Ben-Dayan (Maccabi Netanya)
    Avi Strool (K.S.C. Lokeren Oost-Vlaanderen)
    Tal Ben-Haim (Manchester City)
    Yoav Ziv (Beitar Jerusalem)

    Dekel Keinan (Maccabi Haifa)

    Midfielders
    Gal Alberman (Borussia Mönchengladbach)

    Forwards
    Omer Golan (K.S.C. Lokeren Oost-Vlaanderen)
    Elyaniv Barda (K.R.C. Genk)

Is this the largest contingent of players playing abroad that we have ever called up at once?

Gai Assulin will be with the Israel Under-21s. He isn't being brought into camp because Barca don't want him to be gone for too long so he is only called up for the actual game because Barca have to release him for the match.

That team looks pretty good IMO. Only thing I would change is Salim Toama instead of Ohayon.

I think that Elyaniv Barda wants to qualify for the 1990 World Cup in Italy, not the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.

It's tired to hear all the time how Israel is going to qualify and bla bla bla...... If we can't get points at home vs. our biggest rivals, Greece and Switzerland (and from what we have seen it's souldn't be difficult, better then to get France, Germany or Italy) so we don't deserve to qualify. Problem is that we have a cowerd coach, who afraid to play with 2 strikers; players that talk too much; and anIsraeli mentality, of course . Even yhough i'm a huge fan of Colombia, and my first concern is that the Colombians will qualify, I do like of course to see Israel qualify also (my country, after all ). This time it really looks like we have wonderful chance to make it....I really hope so...

Terrible game. Most players looked very out of form and the team was completely off. How exactly does Kashtan plan to beat Switzerland like this...or does he even want to, maybe he just wants to draw them like usual.

Second half had some better moments - Barda was splitting players but his crosses were off. Sahar was finding plenty of empty space in front of the net but the ball was getting to him. In general the passing was really off throughout the field and the defense was giving the Finnish attackers way too much freedom.
