If you can, can you guys bring as many red/black streamers as you can tomorrow? I didn't get the amount I was expecting from Hobby Lobby this week.

Sorry guys.....the Fanatics won't be there tomorrow night. Plans have changed and now will be leaving for Paris tomorrow for work. Feeding the family has to come first.

Go get 'em guys.....atleast do what WE have to do. The rest is out of our hands.

Hey Lions fan, explain to me how going to chicago would determine a true division champion. if your team finished first, then they should host because they have earned it. Anyways, did you see the Chills road record, i think, but not sure, its better then your home record.

Give me a break, and next time have a real argument

Playing in a neutral ground with neutral refs that have no stake in your Thugger Gays winning at all costs, that's how.
I bet Colorado will have little chance playing 11 (or should I say 10 after the first 15 min.) vs 15 (11 TGays+3 refs+crowd).

Tough going Des Moines, it just was not to happen for either DM or STL.
I'm looking forward to our games next season. They're always hard fought but clean and entertaining.

Best of luck to whoever represents our Division in the playoffs.
If its TB I hope they leave the scare tactics and dirty plays including Putrus at home, and play some skillful soccer they have several players that know how.

haha des moines is out...what a joke..you cant even win even though you give your players jobs, luxury, and free living...hahahhaahaha.

what's it going to take for you to win? I guess all those pretend fans were dissapointed once again.

Down with boltnar, klosterman...the grandpas of the league!!!!

Mr Lions Fan, just to advise you, when TBay has games, the refs are brought in from the United States, therefore it will be 11v11 to start, what ever happens after that is up to the players.

That means you have no argument.

With regards to Putrus, probably one of the best defensive centre mids in the conference. You obviously look at his stats to think he is so dirty, but if you have actually watched him play, without a doubt a highly skillful player who never gives up the ball and leads the team as any general should.

I bet you wish you had him on your team

Yeah, Klosterman definitely had the most minutes played this season... I don't remember him him getting on the pitch last night. You are a tool.
As far as free housing, don't they live with host families still?

    Putrus "highly skilled player"??

Your a homer but you gotta be near sighted, he is the chief cheerleader and should be captain due to his leadership abilities, but his technical skills are not at the level you stated. Give me a break here, I have seen six games this year involving the Chill, Putrus has the ability during the game to control the other team with his emotional outburst not his technical abilities. Overall the four midfielders and the collaspe into defense zone giving nine strong outside the eighteen gave the Menace, Lions & Brass trouble. The Chill have been dominating in the neutral and defensive thirds due to Coach Tony's defensive zonal scheme. The physical play and tight space really restricted the forwards and mids from pushing in transistion. Give credit where credit is due the team played as a team on the pitch all season. Good luck in the playoffs but I pulling for the Rapids....

By the way Menace fans, sorry I posted anything about Chill on here but this is ridiculous. I will not post again to a Chill supporter., promise!

Here's to another great season of play, lets retool and play for the cup again next year.

Yup, good luck to the Rapids, I hope you take it all the way.

The bobblehead doll thing last night was pretty clever.

It definitely was. It was a very douchebag move, but clever nonetheless. I did not know whether to laugh or be outraged. Did anyone else think they chose that spot to get under Krause's skin? It seemed like that little celebration seemed aimed at the big man.

Michigan won 3-0 to eliminate the Menace officially. Interestingly, Toronto out-shot Michigan 13-9. The line-ups are not posted yet to see if Toronto played its starters or not.

Time to start the 2009 thread.

I doubt the players came up with a goal celebration aimed at an opposing owner. I imagine it was more of 'prank' on the giveaway. I think its pretty creative and funny though.

After Colorado's goal, the players lined up and the one player went down the line and tapped all his teammates on the top of their heads and the teammates then kept nodding in their best bobblehead impersonation.

    sounds a little classless.....yet hilarious!!!!

awfully smart for a bunch of guys who don't even know what/who Thunder Bay is...i'm not sure if i mentioned it here or not but when we were on our trip in Colorado I overheard one of the CO coaches explaining who Thunder Bay was to a group of players because after beating us the first game they thought they had taken over 1st place in the division. i don't mean to fuel this argument again about playing everyone in the division but i just thought it was kind of sad....

OK guys, a bus trip isn't going to happen. However, who is interested in traveling to the US vs Trinidad World Cup Qualifier? US Supporters section tickets can still be ordered through the Outlaws. They are $33 for non-members.

I'd like to see all of us Iowa people get together.
