Ronaldo could be great for MLS, he is fat, mls gets him in shape, pay for his recovering them puts Roni back on top of the league.

Not just Ronaldo, Palermo, Adriano, this players are old but they can still ball, they will be waaaay better than Piojo Lopez and the MLS ratings would amanzingly increase the ratings percentages.

A few players that are still in great shape to come to MLS.

    1. Quaresma
    2. Burrito Ortega
    3. Eliseo Quintanilla
    4. Tyson Nunez
    5. Inzagui
    6. Pirlo
    7. Gattuso
    8. Morientes
    9. D Alessandro

I cant think of anybody else right now.

I agree with majority of the list, expect: Tyson Nunez...no longer good, maybe 6 or 7 he was worth signing, but not now!!

Eliseo Quintanilla is a maybe, just maybe. I have to see his stats in Costa Rica.

Remember, Fat Ronaldo rarely plays, maybe 5-10 games a year out him, then he gets injury and another 6 to 9 months without playing.

Riquelme, Crespo, Owen and Nery Castillo would huge gambles that would pay off.

How does Nery Castillo fit with that group? He's all of 24years old and just got to the Premier league last year. He didn't play mostly because of injury, but it was his first really injury-marred season. Castillo would likely be one of the best offensive players in MLS immediately. I don't see how you would consider him a gamble, less a huge gamble.

i heard this rumor that ronaldo is the same as messi, his muscles grow too fast so they cant really play anymore. all this is thanks to european doctors trying to get them "big" enought to play in europe.

i agree with riquelme and nery castillo would be HUGE, not sold on crespo, he is too old already and he will want too much money.

what about claudio pizarro? he could be great for mls too.

quintanilla and nunez could be cheaper than the rest.

Yeah good luck getting Quaresma to come over. I would love to see him over here but really doubt it. Ronaldo would be a good addition for the league.

Why doesn't the MLS go after Al Roker?

He's a better soccer player than Brazilian Ronaldo, and much more fit.

    Pass on fat Ronaldo.
Riquelme isn't going to leave his family.
Inzaghi would be a riot =D I think he'd be fun though... and he's not really involved with Italy these days, so international prospects wouldn't be a factor.

quintanilla was already in DC but he was a bust. I saw him play vs panama in theri comeback and he did a decen job. We could not afford Pizarro, Quaresma. Ronaldo could work out but i doubt he has the work ethic to come back.

Quaresma is 24, why the hell would he want to come to MLS??

Pretty much every player on that list would never come.

Gattuso, Pirlo, Inzaghi are all retiring with Milan

Quaresma, are you a ********ing idiot!!???!!!

He is top 20 in the world, hes 24, hes trying to join a top European Club ala Inter or Real Madrid, not go to a Busch League team in the MLS, he would never come to MLS in a million years, to be honest if the Galaxy offered him 400 million he would turn it down. And for the rest of the players, any of these would be good, but nobody is going to come to MLS in the good years.

And for any moron who says Ronaldo isn't good for the league (QUAKES ROCK MY SOCKS OR WHATEVER), your absolutely wrong and honestly your an idiot, one of the top 3 players of all time, an absolute legend, and the guy who said he is a shit player, your an absolute idiot, these are the reasons i don't like some of these threads, these american kids who don't know shit about soccer, only know the mls and europe for the past 2 years, it drives me crazy, insane, how could he not be good for the league? Did you ever see him in 1997, 1998, he was the best player in the World by a large margin, do you honestly think that players like Taylor Twellman and Dwayne De Rozario are better than him? If Ronaldo stepped in their presence the two of the might as well bow down to the god that he is. He is MILES ahead of Beckham, For those of you who don't know, Beckham was a class player, but he wasn't unbelievable, great delivery but he is renouned for his looks and his publicity, not entirely his play, Ronaldo is MILES better, he might even be the greatest of all time, and he wont come either, hes going to finish up with Milan then go back to Brazil, but some of these ideas?? i am befuddled. please stop making posts like these, this honestly angered me, I think every player on that list would NEVER come
