If Villa is fit for the final, the Germans are going to need a lot of luck to win.

This also shows how strong was the Italian defence.

I really hope Spain win the tournament now. A German victory would be very anticlimactic.

No, played two finals before. Won over URSS in 1964, lost to France in 1984

No, they've won a European Cup.

No. Spain won the European Championship before. And, depending on one's perspective, Spain reached the final of (and won) the Olympic soccer tournament.

Hmm, how did the Dutch lose to this mediocre team? Football can be a funny game.

I'm actually starting to see Aragones logic in this. I think there's good reason for Fabregas not to start, he comes on and suddenly Spain are a diferent side, catches opponents off guard.

As I'm writing.... another superb goal. Amazing performance by Spain so far.

Joder. The Russian defence has given up.

Spain is technically superior, they are so comfortable with the ball at their feet. I was hoping the Russians made a game of it, but the better team is leading and will win.

Gotta love the excitement and passion of the http://www.cadenaser.com commentators. They sing these cute chants... and are not different from South American commentators at all.

3-0 for Espana. I salute the Furia Roja, and am glad they will be in the final - they deserve it.

Y espero que Espana le gane a Alemania!

Russia simply played better against the Dutch, but an argument can be made that the Spanish team in this form would have done 10x worse to Holland than what Russia did.

Not like the team has suffered without him in the line up.

Spanish midfielders can finish their chances like they are strikers. Shows how bad Torres was. So much hope for him and he didn't get it done.

Yea, but having a black guy on the team kinda makes up for it in my opinion. Not completely but somewhat.
