Very happy with Liga and glad we are on to the next round three key points

1.) I'm upset at Bauza what an idiot how can he take Bolaneos out and not Bailer who's play is really something to worry about. Once he made that change estudientes did not have to worry about the left side and started pushing up. The change had to be made but Bailer out and Arrouyho in that was the correct move and then Manso out and Obregon in. That kid camacho is still young and everytime he is on the field he worries me. Thank God it all worked out but the press has to ask Bauza WHY WHY take Bolaneos OUT?

2.) The Ref was the worst estudientes were thugs out there they tried to intimidate us and we still showed them who the better team is. The last eight minutes with out our central defender out and with our starting left back out they still could not score the goals.

3.) Enrique Vera is the man he is such a great player never losses his cool and is a rock in the back God I hate the fact Ecuador never nationalized him to play for our national team he really wanted to play for ecuador stupid Suarez said ecuador has better players in the national team what a Dummass.

Number 23 for estudientes is a punk first he elbowed Guerron (Guerron didn't see him coming) and then talked trash while Guerron was on the floor then he fouls him again grabs Guerron's nose and his teammate gets the red card. Finally with Veron I lost all respect for him as a professional what an arrogant
    a hole F' ing CRYBABY!!!!!!

yeah Veron was such a crybaby, i as laughing when he snubbed Bieler because it was such a disgusting sight to see how one of the world's best can be so arrogant in a clear defeat of his team. Anyway, Veron isn't even the same player anymore, he's a shadow of whatever he was back in the day...total jackass and as of right now, a classless player showing how ego supercedes all

    yea, that was cool...

if it weren't for Liga having to play against bad officiating, a rowdy crowd and dirty players, the result would have been different.

If Liga keeps winning their home games by more than a goal it is definetly possible.

Urrutia has been captain all year from what I remember...I think even part of last year, so I'm guessing 1.5 years as Obregon not a captain....

good for LDU they deserved to qualify to the next round. Next up they play San Lorenzo or River.. If they play San Lorenzo then the return match is in Quito. If they play River than the return match is in Arg. I think they could upset both teams. Good luck

    we play San Lorenzo......

after their second half performance, it's clear that it'll be a tough game, although I think they're still beatable. I believe in Liga, we can do it!!!!!! Aguante la U!

    Agree.

San Lorenzo showed major huevos, but River played terribly in the last 20 minutes ... I mean, you can't let a team dominate you with 2 less on the field playing AT HOME, but that is exactly what happened.

Liga has to be cool headed and play smart in BsAs and then close them out back in Quito. It will help that SL will play with 2 subs next week -- those red cards carry over to the next series.

That was some game. River played too confident and paid the price later. Liga has to go in to Argentina ready to brawl with San Lorenzo.
Those guys like to get physical... Liga already got a taste of what it's like against Estudiantes. But if we can play like we did last game. Play smart and score first we should be ok.
