    1) Basically every German company that was in existence prior to WWII and still exists falls under that category. But you're very clever and original in pointing that out. Thanks.

    2) You've got a problem with black? Oh, sorry, I didn't realize it wasn't on the list of approved colors. I'll be sure to let the Army know that they should recall all of those black berets they've been issuing.

    3) Not every team is lucky enough to sign up with a sub-prime lender whose questionable business practices drive it out of existence one year into a three-year sponsorship deal. So, you know, we have to settle for what we can get.

Re: DC United Jersey sponsor possibly a foreign car company

yeah, I'm surprised that so many don't seem to like it. I personally like this much better than Volkswagen being written out across the chest. This almost has the Iron Man feel to it. lol

That is a pretty cool looking kit with the logo. Makes it looks very professional having such a well known sponsor versus some company that few have ever heard of which is what happens sometimes (herbal life, comex, amigo energy, etc.). It definitely helps in United's efforts to creat a global brand to have a sponsor that is also global. Nice job by the United FO to wait for the right sponsor.

Perfect for DC. They've got the VW sponsor and the fascist symbol on their kits. :)

Seriously, good for them. It should help them put some $$ into their coffers and hopefully, somehow, help with the stadium situation.

Good Lord. All you jokers who continue to try and make DCU-Nazi jokes every other post are getting exceedingly old. It's as unfunny as stale ha-ha's about Mormons and RSL.

At least try to come up with some original material, sheesh.

So does that mean that I can't do my joke about any future DC United throwback jerseys having "Kraft durch Freude" on them?
