I wish the U.S. would just stick with the blue jerseys with white pinstripes and the "anthracite" jerseys then just stick with them. Those two were the sleekest jerseys they have put out in a while. And a white alternate just in case. Brazil doesn't have a white jersey, the U.S. doesn't "need" one either. I like Portugal's color scheme the most out of other's countries'. Others?

Chalk me up as another who wants one home and one away kit. Period. Though I do like the black shirts - a lot. As for other nations? Argentina. Croatia's checkerboard. I also like Mexico's old green kit - with the subtle Aztec symbols.
Nah, I think we need the white jersey as our 1st choice shirt. The ill fated 2006 world cup had our best jerseys IMO. I liked the 2002 ones as well; i would definitely be down with collars coming back.
The Total 90 Nike jerseys were the best ones. From 2004-2006. We definately need a white jersey because our National Flag is red, WHITE and blue. Brazil doesn't have a white jersey because they don't really have much tradition with it on the football field and off.
WE SOULD BRING THE RED BACK!!! as a 3rd jersey of course =D but my favorite are this years AWAY...i have to admit i didnt like them until the game..not the same without the name.... BUT REEEEED lets go red to unite an identity back with Sam's Army!!! ALL RED!!! but one jersey brings back terrible memories 2nd favorite jersey of all time i dont recall ever seeing this one...(is this a womens jersey?)
othakid...that third jersey you've shown is an old men's training jersey. as for the jerseys, I would like us to have a red, even if it's a third jersey, or even if we just had the 'keeper in red. that being said, the white home jersey is the one thing that's remained fairly consistent for us over the years. the current one is not my favorite, but i do like the fact that we have worn white as our primary color for quite a while, with the one exception being WC 94.
I think my two favorite US kits were the away Blue kits we used in the 2002 World Cup, and Don't Tread red kits we used in the 2006 send-off series. Internationally, my favorites are Costa Rica's, both home and away. I also like Sweden's, particularly their blue kits.
Favorite US: the home kits from the ill-fated 2006 World Cup. Favorite International: Portugal '06 Home is class (I own a Deco). I like the blue pinstripe for the US. Internationally, I would go with Argentina primary kit. It is sleak, attractive and distinctive. You never wonder who is playing when you see that kit.
I hate the gray ones. I like the darker blue kits and the #1. Like the white kits as the #2. For a #3, then we should go red. Though I don't like it much. Other countries: Brazil, Dutch, Portugal, Cote d'Ivoire.
I like the gray, very sleek and modern. Football kits look the best when they are a single color...like all blue. Long sleeves are nice too. Last time the WC was held in the winter was in '78, so I am looking forward to cold weather games in '10. I am not a big fan of Nike kits, but the adidas kits of the early 90's I thought were stupid. Puma makes nice kits. African nations always seem to have cool kits. I like the Netherlands kits in '74.
The kit the guys wore against Poland is the best I've seen. I love the dark colors. Makes them look more menacing.
The current USA Away kit is the best I've ever seen, although I'm partial to dark colors. Two of my favorites: I like the Oranje and the Croatian kits also. Guess I'm just a fan of very bold jerseys.
The anthracite kit is elegant. Reminds me of the simple but elegant uniforms the French wear. I hope the dark gray color remains a mainstay. Doesn't it come in short-sleeve?
sadly it only comes in short-sleeve... im hoping for long-sleeve soon...it suddenly got a lil chilly today here in so cal........not that chilly but we were used to 80s and 90s it suddenly went down.... im pretty sure we are having better weather than most of u guys but still it startled me today.......ILL JUST BUY BOTH LONG AND SHORT!!!
intersting weather yet again it kicked up to the 80's and 90's again...... perfect for shorts and sandals...too bad tomorrow is prom and it might reach 100s oh well lol
I am not a huge fan of the new Kits, dont get me wrong, I think they are way better than that pansy blue and white 3rd jersey. I see alot of people designing kits for some of the MLS expansion teams. I would like to see what some of the creative types on BS can come up with. DESIGN AWAY FELLAS!!!!
I liked France's 06 white jerseys. Portugal's 06 homes were nice, Italy, Brazil and Argentina always have great kits too. As for the US, I liked their 06-07 whites and the new gray ones are the best in my opinion.
