I'm sure someone's already commented on this, but while watching the Argentine Primera Highlight show, there's that one maybe two top commentators who's voices turn reverse puberty instantly. My goodness!! And then there's the Serie A guy on FSC who goes apeshit.
I personally think that some Argentine Commentators talk too fast.... I'm not "slow" or anything it's just that, these Guys talk sooo fast that I just can't keep up with them sometimes.

Has anyone noticed that the English-speaking commentators on Italia Serie A matches on FSC sound like a bunch of college students? Especially last weekend! Oh, brother!
Yes I noticed - they were squealing like 14-year old girls every time there was a goal or near miss. I know a lot of posters want the European feed to be used for the Serie A games, but these guys are not significantly better than Bretos/Miles IMO
yes, was it the juventus game? if so then i heard a bit, it did not sound like they were at the stadium and as you say, they sounded like kids fooling around, very poor standard.
I really wonder who is going to be commentating for the European championships this summer. I hope to God it is not Harkes, Wynalda, or Julie Foudy. These announcers do not know anything about european soccer, even harkes who played there. I hope Tommy smythe or derek rae do the commentating seeing that european soccer is their life, and they have loads of information, even for the smaller countries such as romania turkey suisse etc. Also please NO brent mussburger! what the hell does that man know about soccer?
Hate to break this to you, but Harkes and Wynalda know more about the game than Tommy Smythe. And Derek Rae has never even played soccer, so when it comes to "knowing the game," and analyzing what is going on, I'd rather go with those who played at a high level. Maybe your just impressed with the european accents.
