    Hello,

Babayaro would have very well fit us as LV and before him Randolph in the MF a perfect pair.

Why didn't he come according to your opinion to us?

Variety of reasons, such as we have to manage the salary cap, the number of reoccurring injuries he has sustained, plus, I guess Ruud didn't like what he saw. Pretty much any reason any player gets booted: Money, injuries, or Manager's disgression.

So now can we drop this old-ass thread please?

    He's gone...it doesn't matter anymore.

But to answer your question he played left mid and was horrible.

    Hello,

when Babayaro is still here, what position he would play for your opinion.

    Left back or Left Mid?

    1.) Babayaro(LM)
    ---Randolph(LV)

    ----------or------------

    2.) Randolph(LM)
    ---Babayaro(LV)

    Thanks!

I bet in FIFA he rates better than Randolph or Jazic. Probably best to play him at LB.

Thanks in FIFA, I put him into LB and Randolph in LM:

    My best formation:

    ----------------------------Cronin-----------------------------
    -Klein--------------Xavier-----------Vanney-----Babayaro
    --------------------------Franchino-----------------------
    --Beckham----------------------------------------Randolph--
    -----------------Donovan-------------------------------------
    ----------Gordon--------------------Ruiz--------------

I still dont know the reason why Chris Albright was traded?

also Kyle Martino was a bargain and a gamer, he still could make a return if needed I hope, I am not sure he is with a team now.

This isn't a bad formation, but transfer Babayaro to Free Agents and put Jazic in his spot. I would rather use Franklin than Jazic, but I dont think Left Fullback is one of Franklin's preferred positions in the game.

I would also use Buddle in place of Gordon.

I like this formation. I think Donovan's best position is working in a pair of strikers, but in this league we don't have that luxury. Gordon and Buddle are suitable strikers for this league, especially once Ruiz returns. I like Klein and Beckham combining on the right side, but seeing as Klein is a midfielder, I'm puzzled why he couldn't play LM? Just because he's not leftfooted? it's not that big of a deal. This would give us IMO the best midfield in the league (beckham, dono, klein) with great intelligence, experience, speed, and wonderful service. Jazic could fill in at Klein's RB position and keep Randolph in the back as well.

One question though, why is this thread still being posted on and treated as a formation thread?

    Hello,

when Babayaro were here, had he played in the left midfield(LM)?

    Is Randolph a leftback(LB)?

    Thanks!

Dude, HE NEVER SAW A MINUTE OF A REAL GAME FOR THE GALAXY because he was total CRAP. You are trying to fit a square peg into a round hole. If you really want to play your game either play it with ACTUAL Galaxy players, or do anything you want with Babayaro. No one here cares.

...and apparently, Babayaro is STILL waived.

On a final serious and thread-related note, who'da thunk 3 months ago that Joe Franchino would have what it takes to step in and be more productive than Celestine Babayaro?

I saw Randolph as a LB not @ LM.

Ruud had used Babayaro in the pre-form match against Seoul as a LM not as LB.

This has shown me that Ruud, sees Randolph as LB and not as LM.

Put Randolph in the LB position and searched a new LM or put Babayaro back from the free agents!
