Anyone got a goalie they are looking to get rid of?

Formidable-Outstanding, 23-27 years old, and American preferably. Although I'll consider players from some semi-unique nations.

I'm liking the new fan set up. I lost in the cup this week, but my fans thinking was "we might lose this". I lost 3-2 and my supporters are stilling dancing in the Street and two more signed up.

I won in the cup this week. However I play the number 1 at his place this week and I will not win. Based on the #3 team that played him and lost last week, he lost 3 supporter levels and his cup win this week did not improve it at all.

    You got lucky.

The fans need a serious overhaul. Maybe not on their reaction to results, but certainly on correlating their jubilation into putting butts in the seats.

I agree. Of course it was raining.......but I played a DIII team that is in 2nd place in his series in the cup yesterday and I am in 2nd place in my DIV series and I only got 47k at my 50k arena. Oh and my fans are sending love poems to me. Worst change HT ever made was the fan system

It's just not realistic. How many fans stay away from important games because it's raining? The number certainly isn't 2-3,000 as I had that same issue where I was about 2,500 short of a sellout in the rain with them high on life.

I went out last night 3-2, won hatstats by about 35, but lost midfield by 54/53 each half.

I never got invited to the cup.....Maybe because I got my team at the start of the season? Hopefully I get into the cup next season.

Just a heads up that anyone on Bigsoccer with a Hattrick team can sign up for the cup. There's no invitations, you just have to put your info into the BS Cup thread! :D

I think he was referring to the US Open Cup.

The US Open Cup consists of every team from divisions ML-V and then the top 5 or 6 teams from each VI. Finish in the top 5 and you'll be invited to get plowed over by some DII team.

    Anyone still in the cup?

Won a couple close games the last two weeks and pulled a easier opp then the last two for round 7. Win would make 2nd best run ever in the cup.

Oh, and I know this isn't Hattrick related but does anyone have a link to the Soccergirl story? I'm not sure if that's even the correct name. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

It's somewhere hidden in Free for All. And the story was false.

Oh, well that kinda sucks. It was still a good story anyway. Do you remember the name of it at least?
It was a pretty cool story about this guy meeting a girl when they played soccer and they got together and such. If I find it, I'll provide a link.

That story is simply incredible. So many twists and turns that could be turned into a prime time drama.

My stupid squad can't seem to keep its form up any more. Out of 25 guys, only four are solid and everyone else is only passable or worse. I'm training 12% stamina, which I thought was optimal to maintain both stamina and form, but it doesn't seem to be working. Am I missing something?

Have you made a recent sacrifice to the Form monkey?

No, but I'm willing. What do I need? Incense? A sixer of Old Milwaukee? What?

    Human sacrifice usually works best.
