Ah! The Liverpudlian, good form. Punching Lalas in the face is the equivalent of volunteering at the nearest homeless shelter or saving the world from a nuclear war.

Season tix due to proximity, not necessarily passion. That would be Chelsea for that guy, but jet fuel seems to have made airfares prohibitive for that sort of frequent travel these days.

It does seem to be a rather startling turnaround for these two, from one city's team to the other, but that probably speaks more to thin commitment than disgust on their behalf (I would imagine there not being a whole lot of the Riot Squad defecting to the Goats).

I felt the same way. Cohen is a f%cking moron. All they do now is ballwash the Goats just cuz they had that fairy Klesjtan, overrated Guzan, and 4 clubs in 4 years Eskandarian on the show. BIG F%CKING DEAL!!! Cohen's just pissed that he can't ballwash Becks and for that he is completely bitter towards the LAG. I agree that we sucked on Sat. but the season is far from over. He recanted his opinion about Bradley and he'll do the same about LAG when we get our sh!t together. I'm done watching those limey f@gs. The show blows anyways.

I will openly boo the team when entering, playing, and leaving the pitch if this shit continues.

It could be that the guys on FFF are trying to help out MLS too by promoting a winner rather than supporting the horrid monstrosity that has become the Galaxy

Ehh, I dunno about that. Beckham's not the problem really. He's a symptom of the Alexi Lalas school of thought. You have to remember that both he and Donovan aren't normal cap players. So really, what you have under the cap is Ruiz and the rest of the players. If you can't put decent players around Beckham and Donovan with a full cap space, then you're doing something terribly wrong. It's just a series of bad decisions, overpaid vets, and trading away young talent. Let's just face it: Alexi is a horrible judge of talent.

The saddest thing is that normally you get all kinds of posters defending the administration, saying things like "this job is harder than it looks." Not a bit of it on these boards. This is one completely frustrated fan base.

I don't know what to say in response to what has been said already. None of us would be complaining if the salary cap was raised. We'd have solid players coming off the bench unless we left it up to lalas to spend the money. He'd probably use the extra money to double the size of the merchandise store.

Unlike most, I think Lando is a great player who wants to win for this team. He respects Beckham and Rudd. I think he is as frustrated as the rest of us.

As far as Thursday, the whole lot better pick up the level of play, and keep the damn ball away from the back line and Cronin. Cronin will just duck if he sees the ball coming his way. Oh how I miss Joe Cannon.

There are plenty of other winning teams in MLS not just the Shitvas. How about since they have a national tv show, they remain objective and trash all the bad teams and praise all the good teams instead of trashing the Galaxy and ballwashing the Shitvas.

I was watching the DC united v Pachuca game tonight and during half time I saw a Cusa commercial and the first line was something like, "Enjoy watching the best team in LA...chivas usa..."

    Where are our promos?

We don't need help selling tickets. Thanks to Beckham, almost all our games will be sold out. Shitvas on the other hand basically has to pay people to show up to watch them play.

In the last few years, I initially saw Sampson as the problem (which he was). When Lalas arrived and brought in Yallop I was very excited, because I thought (and still think) he was a very good coach. However, whoever is making the personnel moves for this club (I know we've argued whether it was Lalas or Yallop) is an IDIOT!

Both of the last two years, when we were able to put together a lineup consistently, we started winning games. I think our biggest problem has been that Lalas (or whoever is making the personnel decisions) is too impatient, andloves to tinker too much.

At this point, I have practically no hope whatsoever for our team. I think Becks, LD, and Klien are all great coachable guys with strong work ethics and good locker room presence. I know most people don't agree with me on this, but I think Vagenis could be a good piece for us (as a solid, smart journyman DMID). Other than that, what have we got? Ruiz is a lousy chemistry guy with a questionable work ethic. I see him going the way of Clint Mathis (although I've been hoping beyond hope for the rejuvination).

To top it all off, I am REALLY concerned about Ruud's ability to get the job done. He's inexperienced in this league and he's not well liked as a coach of other club teams. I was hoping he'd do a better job of handling the spotlight (which I think effected Yallop too much)... but even if he can handle the pressure, what does he have to work with? I wouldn't be surprised if he said "F*ck This!" and headed back to Europe.

My biggest concern is that the Galaxy management will continue to manage reactively instead of proactively. They'll panic and keep swapping any promising players we have for someone who's washed up, but has a slight chance of helping us in the short-run (Ugo, Findley, Cannon, Albright...). Randolph's as good as gone.

I'm depressed. I'm going to bed.
