Everyone ridding on Galindo's nuts already lol..jk... but give the guy a few more games, gotta see how he adapts with Rafa. He has the physical strength now let's see how the guy does in this second coming to the NT, he played good compared to what Osorio, Salcio and Pinto did(the 3 were far from impressive in this game). He's not in Cruz Azul anymore so that means he shouldnt have any problems with the doping.:D

Salcido made a bad pass that couldve cost a goal

Guardado passed to the other team on one instance.

With Bofo and Guille in we had some forwards that came back and controlled the ball and brought possession. Something that wasnt too present with Nery and DeNigris.

Guardado needs to take over like he did in the 2nd half. I think he is learning this for the future.

I do agree there needs to be a vocal leader for the team, that would calm nery down, when he goes all loco. Cuauh isnt the type of person, hes the one that goes crazy. Pavel needs to speak up, Rafa would need to. Ramoncito does it for Chivas. Someone needs to lead. Oswaldo does it, but hes not on the field.

I think you might be right about Ochoa, other then the CA Brasil game, every other game with Mexico he seems nervouse and makes mistakes. He isn't like that with America, he has played in Liber and Suda games, but maybe the Tri jersey gets a little too heavy for him. He is still young and I still believe he is our keeper of the future, but I believe we could try Corona and see if maybe he can handle the post until Ochoa is really ready to take over the net for the MNT.

I agree that Galindo might have a better presence in the back then Magallon, but we could get the best for our team maybe if Galindo/Magallon both played CB and have Marquez up in the middle of the field as a DMid......I think we would be money......not to mention we have Moreno doing his thing in the Erevidisie

Why is every one downplaying Magallon???

Just because hes not in europe does not mean he can't play in starting 11.

Remember that he scored the goals in the Mex vs. US and A game.

    Words from El Cabrito!!

-"No.

Don't worry about what people say about him, you and I know, that Magallon is probably the most solid defender in Mexico right now, and soon to be a European one...;)

I'm not sure why people trash Magallon so much... a lo mejor porque son Americanistas (aka ...ya tu sabes ;)).

Magallon plays very well with Marquez in the back. I wouldn't mind seeing what many have been proposing of playing Magallon and Galindo in the back and having Marquez play Defensive mid

For those of you who said that the ref was on our side. I'm glad he was its not often that you see that. How many games have we lost because of the referee being on the opponents side?? I can't wait to see all of our players healthy and not to mention new coach.

And someone needs to give Salcido a reality check, *inche cremoso.

I don't see anyone trashing Magallon, I personally just think he's a notch below Galindo. If it were up to me, Magallon and Salcido should be battling for a spot. I think Castillo could do a better job at LB and he's way better offensively. Pardo and Rafa could do a great job as the 2 dms. Galindo with either Magallon/Salcido as CBs.

I've read a couple of sarcastic posts poking fun at the over enthusiasm over Galindo's return. I don't see it as over-reacting, its not like the guy hasn't been playing or somehow lost his game. Yesterday just confirmed what most of us already knew...he's very good.

A few things, after reading all posts in this page:

I think what Nery said (if he really said it) was a lame attempt to put pressure on the federativos in favor of Hugo "If you get rid of him, you get rid of me", Martino-García-Campos and Marín also happened to mention that Hugo and Nery share the same promotor..... If Nery leaves with Hugo, they buhbye Cejitas, I'll miss you but GTFO, you play for México not for Hugo.

No sé, I think Magallón rlz. Muy bueno.

    Cabrito Arellano FTW.

One more thing, and I'm sorry because I've watched games in Televisa my whole life but

    TvAzteca > Televisa.

Martinoli/Luis García beats any other combo narrando-comentando. And I always wonder if Jorge Campos is a) borracho b) mariguano c) both or just kind of..naturally slow, I can't believe some of the things he says!. Anyway, I enjoy them a lot.

I think it was a good victory for the Mexican team even though it was a friendly match. Those two goals were more due to the player's skills than any tactic movements practiced by Hugo Sanchez. Mexico needs a more experienced and humble trainer. May March 31st come I hope the teams' owners come out and discharge Hugo from his position. He will learn from his mistakes and I am positive that that will make him a better trainer and someday return to the national team. He is just not ready for that position.
