    What?

Even if their futbol game was mediocre the teams they played were bellow even that, no offense to them but it is what it is. Maybe I am misunderstanding you but I don't know how you can not see that Hugo and his staff were unable to get the best out of this team. Nothing he did in this Pre-Olympic campaign, including the Pre-Pre-Olympic games, went right.

I also wish someone else had coached the U23 (easy to say now I know), but I don't think he ever wanted to. He probably looked behind Vela, Gio, Andres and saw no one.

So you're gonna tell me that we are not a very mediocre society, we do have exceptional people that come out of our country but you can almost cherry pick them, and that's a fact, and usually the ones that succeed the rest try to bring them down to our level. I'm not saying that alone did us this week but it's very stupid to blame just one man for the debacle that happened in front of our eyes, it's a team game the game of football and the team should take the responsibility not just the manager and of course the manager is part of the team.

This is the epitome of a FRACASO.
Its ridiculous how much of a joke the concacaf is. There are teams like Haiti who are amatuers at best (w/ the exception of 2 players) and Cuba who have players trying to make the team so they can only get to the USA and escape. Guatamala, Honduras, and Canada have 96.7% of there players (in this tournament) playing in leagues inferior to ours and yet Hugo wasnt even able to we couldnt get past the group stage. No matter how you look at it, there is no denying this was a miserable failure. If you do indeed believe anything else, do yourself a favor and stop considering yourself a Mexico fan/supporter cuz anybody with real soccer IQ can see Hugo hasn't done a damn thing to improve our seleccion since La Volpe left. In fact, I think he's done worse.

Anyway I'm done for now, the media will do more than enough criticizing of this FRACASO the next couple of days. Which they rightfully should.

That one man, Hugo Sanchez, is in control of everything from tactics to the choice of players. When one man is in control how can you not blame that one man when things go to sh*t?

exactly what I was thinking. during last U20, Hugo was in Copa America, not following the U20. its hard to play catch up in 1 months time, especially when your missng your 3 best players

Good point. Here is an another example to back you up, he dropped Carlos Gerardo Rodríguez from the team, what does Rodríguez do when he gets back to Pachuca he scores two goal, in two different AWAY games, that earn Pachuca 2 points.

And again, vasco, who's tactics got us to the point where we were right before the start of the game? The players?

Who made those HORRIBLE subs in the games vs canada and guatemala.

The guy has "el gaucho" playing as a defensive mid. Hes a natural enganche.
for ********s sake man. I know its not all Humo's fault but you have to admit, hes not competent enough to be Mexico's coach. He might be after he gets some more experience but not now.

You still didnt answer my questions. What is your stance on Hugo being our coach? Do we let him continue as our coach and hope for the best? Or do you think its time to Switch up?

Blaming our culture's menatlity goes right up next to saying that the grass is too long and that press is putting too much pressure on fowards to score goals, which is their jobs...
