Snowed under with work and couldn't get the time off sadly. Will crack open a few beers in honour of the "BigSoccer Gooners" out there though, even if Rick did text me to gloat about the fact they were out drinking at 11pm with no jackets last night

    Ahhh morning of.
I've taken off the entire day as well for this.

I love these big European nights - should be electric at nevadas today.

I think this is where your habit of changing avatars every few days needs to stop...

I've got one of my busiest days in months today, so I'll be stuck with the occasional peek at the scoreline and text commentaries. I just hope it's worth watching the DVR tonight.

Don't you ever tell your patients to just fend for themselves, as there are more important things than good health :p

I'm really, really nervous for this one (not necessarily in a negative way though).

Guardian, BBC are reporting we are going with 4-5-1.... Diaby on the left, Eboue on the right, Hleb in the hole and Ade up front....predictable really...really worried about where the goals are going to come from

do what Dr Beeper did in Caddyshack.

"take a two downer and I'll see her in 4 or 5 hours."

I ran over a duck on the way to the office this morning.....probably a good sign.

I still cannot get my conscience to tell me if I REALLY tried to swerve.

Good point! Maybe I will have duck for lunch also in a ritual similar to that guy from the movie "Major League" where he eats that fried chicken....

You know, I always find the biggest football loudmouths are the ones who are just learning the game and have never been over to a match. Clueless. Glad you let him know his place.

As for the match, this is going to be a dicey one. Milan have players out, but they are at home and Arsenal are struggling a bit. Seems AW is putting out a somewhat defensive side and leaving Walcott and RvP on the bench. I think this will be a snoozer until the 70th minute when Theo and RvP come on to run at tired defenders. 1-0 to the Arsenal.

I'll be there around 2ish to claim a good spot. There will be like 25 people inside until about 2:30 when 300 people come in within 5 minutes.

Im hoping for a 2-1 scoreline to the good. I took today and tomorrow off in the hopes of a huge celebration tonight. I think we have a chance at pulling this off but in all honesty I just want the lads to show up and play their asses off. After that weak showing there are no excuses to not be up and playing to win today.

    http://www.arsenal.com/article.asp?...Clichy+-+Width+is+the+key+to+San+Siro+success

WIDTH is the key tonight. It has been our entire season. The goal against Villa was set up by Clichy sending a ball in from the wing. Our most comprehensive performances have come from devastating play starting on the wings. Clichy, Eboue and Sagna must make those deep runs to extend the defense. We must make those old men cover ground. The more runs milan must cover, the more effective Walcott and RvP will be should they make appearances. No runs means a parking of the Old Man Bus, just like what occurred the last 10 mins at the Emirates. I look for Clichy and Sagna to have massive nights. This night could be the start of a great era in the history of Arsenal FC...

1-1 to the Arsenal--we score second after the 80th minute. We progress.
