    Boogie Down BRONX!
Two positive results for Michael Jackson Quinones and La Sombra Espinoza's clubs in their first game with their clubs for La Libertadores.

Did you guys know that Marathon is now the Ecuadorian arm of Nike in South America. Being that Nike bought out Umbro, which in turn had bought Marathon.

Nike is currently positioning and setting up Marathon Sports to be it's South American branch apart from its own Nike logo brand.

I tell you guys... Marathon is going a long way.

yeah, the dissapointing thing now is that nike takes the profits and it doesn't stay at home...although I'm still happy an Ecuadorian company is responsible for it, I mean, its Nike now right?

kind of like saying Tide which is part of Proctor & Gamble?

GUys... it's still an Ecuadorian company... The plant is in Ecuador .. all the gear and jerseys are made in Ecuador.

Simply... Nike owns it.. and it's goign to invest a lot of money into Marathon. Marathon won't cease to exist trust me. Marathon is Ecuadorian. If anything I'm surprised Nike wants to expand Marathon, that's good for Ecuador and the company.
