Geelong's involvement in the AFL pre-season competition starts next Saturday, hosting Melbourne at Kardinia Park, in Geelong. :)

Meanwhile, the pre-season competition starts officially tonight, with Collingwood and Adelaide getting a week's head start on everyone else... in Dubai.

The next Sharks milestone to reach is Joe Thornton's 500th career assist (he's currently sitting on 499). :D

No, I have heard nothing on it over here -- especially when Melbourne Victory are already preparing for their involvement in the Asian Champions League.

Hey, it's no big deal. Lately, I've been getting up at 4:30 a.m. for weekday work on a daily basis, over the last month or so.

It's what we have to do to make the big bucks...

Is the Victory perhaps waiting until The [Corporate name] Epicenter at San José opens in 2010/2011 before coming over?

But 4:30 a.m. Melbourne time is currently 9:30 a.m. San José time, right? ;)

I wish I could afford to wake up as late as 9:30 a.m. on a regular basis. :D

41 points from S-Jax fueled the Warriors' biggest comeback of the season over the visiting Washington Wizards! :D

Next up: Golden State hosts the Phoenix Suns on ESPN/ESPN-HD on Wednesday for its last game before this coming weekend's NBA All-Star Game.

We'll see. Like I've said, I've heard nothing about any Quakes v Melbourne Victory friendly lately... it's definitely on the back burner.

It's okay... I've kinda forgotten what it's like to regularly wake up that late too (which could be a good thing or a bad thing, depending on how you look at it). :D

Another excellent game. Leandro Barbosa made me really nervous though at the end. I was worried that if that 3 pointer went in, it would be revenge for this:

By the way, how do you embed youtube vids in bigsoccer?
