thats all i am hoping for as well. i just hop he makes the olympic team but i am not so sure because it kind of seems like he is overlooked
He's in good company as such with Ismael Aissati, whom the Dutch soccer knowers consider to be the best player of his age. I think he's the best midfielder at the moment in the Netherlands. (Yes, better than Mike) And yet he gets no first team starting position with PSV.

It's Rotterdam weather actually... b.t.w. young-Feyenoord plays one division below young-PSV, they relegated last year.
He's currently on trial with Randers FC here in Denmark alongside another American player called Will John.
Thanks for the info! I confess I know little about Randers other than the fact they had a failry good '06-'-07 season after promotion. They are currently sitting 5th in the table, correct? Share a little info on Randers if you could. Lee could definately, if given the chance, provide something to the team. I hope he chances on. He needs to play 1st team football. Here's a link to Randers site where Lee and Will are mentioned: http://www.randersfc.dk/index.php?afd=1&side=2708

Assuming you're talking about Kansas City Wizards' Will John. Interesting. He's kind of similar to Lee. Both are undersized attacking players that are currently struggling to get first team minutes.
That is the one.. yes... But they have 4 foreign players on trial this week, and they are probably not going to sign more than one of them.
thanks for the updates everyone.... this is pretty cool. i just checked out Randers website... i admit, i've never ever heard of the team. but, i like their jerseys... haha. if Lee makes the team, new jersey for me!!!!
I wonder why Lee has not even got a sniff of 1st team action. He seems to score consistently for the younger team
Where would you play him with the first team? PSV just signed Dzsudzsák, having let go Perez. And they still have Koevermans, Lasovic, Farfan, Afellay, Aisatti, Culina, Mendez, Vayrinen.
It's a shame that his lack of first team action all but guarantees he won't be picked for the US Olympic team. He hasn't been given a sniff by Nowak over the last few camps.
According to someone with a bit more inside information PSV have "written off" Lee and he's apparently to leave for free.
It would be a tragedy if Nowak did not give Nguyen a chance for the Olympic team. His potential, IMO, far outweighs that of Dax McCarty, Stuart Holden, Robbie Findley, and he is definitely as good or better than Robbie Rogers. Peter, if you are listening, bring Lee in and you will see what everyone else on here already knows!

Can you imagine the howls of disgust on BigSoccer if an MLS reserve player got fined for forgetting to bring his ball to practice?
