alright, my partner is officially missing in action. I have no idea what he thinks as we havent discussed this pick at all, but i've decided to go with Robbie Findley, 22 year old striker from Real Salt Lake with 1 cap for the USA. sorry for slowing everything down....

We have our first double pick! Congratulations to Robbie Findley - who was already picked 4th pick, 4th round. Pick again, and don't worry about your partner. It's best if we just keep going with the draft, and the partners cover for each other, instead of waiting for each other.

This is getting ugly. Does a double pick allow the next team to select?

Oh I see, the same team that was over the limit also double picked. Ok.

So it looks like either Davenport/Beasley OR Appoo/Sean can fire up the next pick.

All they need to do is pick someone who is ineligible for the USMNT and we can see the "Perfect Storm" of drafting catastrophes.

Appoo and I select Guiseppe Rossi, Forward, Villare......oh, sorry.

Appoo is on 'business'(probably at a strip-club with the co-workers) in VA and has limited access to a computer, but I'm going to go ahead anyway without his final approval.

So with the 6th pick in the 7th round, SC SeaPoo selects:

    Drew Moor, Defender, FC Dallas

    height: 6-0
    weight:170
    Birthdate: January 15, 1984
    Hometown: Dallas, TX

Everyday starter for Dallas, and I thought he did pretty well at the Copa America for an uncapped player. I'm surprised he was still around at this point in the draft.

With the 7th (or is it 6th?) pick of the 7th round, TeamSexyFootball (Geneva/StillKickin) are proud to welcome to our team:

Adam Cristman, Forward, New England Revolution

    Height: 6 ft.
    Weight: 180 lbs.
    Birthdate: Jan. 8, 1985
    Home town: Washington, D.C.

Adam was 1 of 3 finalists for MLS Rookie of the Year, appearing in 28 games for the Revolution, starting 14 of them, with 4 goals and 4 assists. We look for him to continue his successful rookie campaign with a solid sophomore year. He is also a hopeful for our U.S. Olympic Team this summer.

Adam is a big, strong, forward who should team up quite nicely with Chris Rolfe on our forward line.

With our 7th round pick, Team Dirtry South" selects Cory Gibbs of Charlton Athletic.

Cory Gibbs is in my opinion a world class defender, and probably the most cursed athlete I have ever witnessed in my life(along with John O'brien), he was just about to come back a few months ago and gets yet another injury, however if he can ever come back even late in the calender year we have the steal of the draft, if he is healthy he is the first defender taken, however I do realize this is a gamble that he might never play, however if he does I expect him to be a vital player for the USMNT. I really hope he can come back and return to form for a long period of time, he is a special talent.

    Name: Cory Gibbs
    Height: 6-2
    Weight: 188
    Born: January 14, 1980
    Hometown: Fort Lauderdale, Florida
    College: Brown University
    Club: Charlton Athletic

    Our team:

    ---------Johnson--------Findley---------
    -----------------Kljestan--------------
    ---Lewis-----------------------White----
    -----------------X----------------------
    ----X--------Gibbs--------X-------Wynne

I don't have much time as I'm headed for a meeting.

CHOICE 07.12 - Goal Keeper - BRAD Friedel

    Choice 08.01 - Defender - Clarence Goodson

Still the best US Keeper with the most experience. Particularly with a young backline with one of the newer US MNT players and Yank Abroad - Clarence Goodson.
