De Ridder is cap tied to the Netherlands because he played for their U-21. So there is no chance he will play for Israel.
Playing for an age group national team does NOT tie a player to the full national team. Based on this weekend's appearance against ManUtd, Israel better call him up soon!
I thought playing for any age group national team would tie someone up as well, but after recently getting Rudy Haddad, it looks like De Ridder is in the same situation. Not sure if he is able to play for Israel, but if he could, I would think they would want him.

I doubt De Ridder would want to play for Israel, but would he ever have a chance for breaking into the Dutch NT? It seems unlikely so maybe we can convince him then.
