i'm not a sydney fan but what a joke LA galaxy really are already 3 golas down and only half an hour played so far lol. it looks like A-League is stronge the MLS.
i love how the updates on the galaxy blog have stopped since the 2-0... i hope they're as embarrassed as we are
the galaxy have to learn how to play strait through the middle, we will defend your crosses all day.... (cue a goal by the galaxy off a cross now)

Why are the Galaxy playing in such a plodding style? It's as if they're afraid of making a mistake. WTF is with that? They are down by three, go for it and show some drive for the goal. Every play on offense seems to have aim only for a cross in the box, and every defensive stance is a straight line. Reminds me of the games against Colorado and Tigres.
There is no basis for that conclusion. LA looked this poor throughout the MLS season. If teams like Colorado, Salt Lake, and lower division sides could do this to LA, it's sadly not shocking that it could happen against Sydney. I was hoping for better, but then I hope for world peace.
its not the galaxy skills that suck its their tactics, if they wanna keep doing stupid crosses all day they can and will never score. i guess they can hope for a few more beckham free kicks.
That may be so, but they're not exactly playing the cream of A-League talent. Even a full strength Sydney are only an average mid-table team.
What a ********ing embarrasment. Now the title of the Gullit sticky thread is especially appropriate. This is HIS rude awakening. I'm at a loss for words...
There were two scoring opportunities, one of which Sydney scored from, where the striker was offsides. The score should be 2-1.
well brosque was called offside near the start of the match in a one on one when he was not so its evened up.
Mate you're not actually adding anything to the thread with this garbage. Even if true, this is only flaming.
Lets see how they go against the Kiwis. That could be a blood bath if the Galaxy get a flogging by Sydney.
Well, let's hope that the lines ref will give LAG the same offsides treatment because if that is the case, we've got a guy, Pavon, who loves to ride that line very closely.
Well, the Sydney fans got what they wanted: a Beckham free kick goal... and their team is slaughtering the opposition. ... haha, and Ruud just said his teams minds are on the beaches. Must say, I hate seeing MLS represented so poorly, but LA... meh... this is your forum so I won't trash your team. Too bad New England, DC or Houston can't draw 80k fans
