What was that by Kirovski? Did he juke himself?

Looks like tonight the boys are content to let fate take control of them instead of the other way around. The urgency was really missing in the first half from everyone but arguably Kimura, Clark and Cancela.

Great ball by Conor, Clark could have done better with it.

By the way, Pablo: Team MVP? Really? Must be because Clavijo got rid of every one of your competent backups.

And Pope's career ends quietly, subbed out about the 53rd minute. Thanks for everything (except the FSL time :p) man.

OK Bouna, you can stop with the long GKs, they're getting hung up in the wind.

So far, this game has been a fantastic microcosm of our season: sitting back, counterattacking, an Erp-fu moment, and of course, no goals.

What in the hell was Erpen doing up playing central midfield instead of left back on that play?!? Findley almost killed us.

Collin Clark, who I really like as a player, has had a miserable game. The unlucky kid could be the hero right now.... but he has been poor. I wish it were not the case....

Goodbye Fernando. A 1-0 loss would be a fitting end to his tenure.

Kimura looks broken up. As sad as the result is, it's good to see somebody care that much, hope to see more of him next season.

I really wish you guys could've won this. Now LA has a chance for the playoffs. My advice: send Connor Casey packing. He's not a pro footballer.

Well, we finished 4 games under .500. Can't say we deserved to make the playoffs, no matter how much the last two wins raised our hopes.

Time to blow this team apart, for the, what, 7th time in our 13 year history?

By the way, did a little ditty from The Wizard of Oz start playing in anyone else's head as stoppage time ran out?

No, he's a pro soccer player. But thank you for your unsolicited advice.

While we're on the topic of jettisoning players, I'd hold onto Casey, Clark, Cooke, Petke, Ugo, Bouna, Herc and the reserves, and get rid of literally every other player on the squad. We can get far more in a trade for Pablo than we can holding onto him, and same with Mehdi and Erpen.

So where was Mehdi Balouchy on this day? Was he sitting on a red? Because Kyle Beckerman was pretty good.

A non-playoff team doe not make the playoffs. If they fire FC I think it is worth it. What a dismal team; I mean really. Who scores our goals? Who runs the midfield? Who anchors the defense?

Just got back from the game. Pretty depressed. So we lose our last home game, to our most bitter rival, lose any chance of the playoffs in the process, and I still can't be sure the Front Office will jettison the complete loon that fills in the lineups. What an evening.

PS. That was awful seeing Beckerman charging around the field in a white shirt. I don't care what anyone says, I still like that guy.

This game puts this season over the top.

Playing, arguably the absolute worst team ever in MLS and loosing at home when a win would have gotten us the RMC and potentially into the playoffs (With a little Beckham help).
This team had a defeatest attitude in the 1st half. I have never seen soo many players giving up after makeing errors. WTF??? Dribbling past the Goalkeeper then hitting the cross bar and instead of continuing full spead ahead and kicking in the rebound he instead falls to the ground holding his head. WHAT A F$^%^# MORON!!!

This season has beaten the 1996 Mickey Mouse Bobby Houghton season to become the absolute worst season ever in my book.

    2007 was total crap.

Honestly? Not tonight we weren't. They controlled the midfield, and had the better play.
