Nike T90 LASER/Legend/Mercurial Vapor Thread [6]

I just found out that their is going to another vapor released along with the red/gold vapor IV on 4/1. This other vapor is going to have the same colorway but it is called the Vapor SL FG and although it is almost identical the heel counter and back studs are slighly different, and I'm assuming the SL means Super Lite but don't quote me on that just yet. Also they will retail US$300

 

Thats expensive. I am trying to save money this year

 

Could that be the pure carbon fibre one??? or something along the same lines.

 

Yesterday I was at the Nike Factory and I found some Black/Gold legends for 75 bucks. Would that be a good buy? I don't know that much about how good Legends really are.

That's the HG model, the FG model should have the skeleton foor on the bottom.

Ohhh the K-Leathers look pretty nice in the IIs. I haven't actually seen one person wearing the proper lasers. Everyone seems to have the really cheap version that i see, and the cheaper version of the k-leathers seems very popular.

Two people in my team have the cheap Lasers and they're both moaning about the amount of blisters they're getting! One of them's a keeper - all he does is stand there!

 

Yea I'm going to buy them, seeing as I'm thinking of giving away some of my boots to friends. Gotta replace em with something newer and better

 

Hahaha, im surprised just how many people are actually wearing the cheap lasers. I wonder if Nike are regretting making them look so much like the real deal. To be honest though. When you get up close to them the quality of them looks absolutely terrible. Pure plastic!!

Can anyone tell me the difference of fit and feel of the K leather and synthetic lasers? I've worn vapors my entire life, MVIII in size 9, have tried Konstrukts, Absolutes, Copas, and a number of other boots in leather. However, Vapors sometimes kill my feet on HG here in Scal. I tried on a pair of the lasers at a local shop, like them and they fit well, but they didn't have the leather.

Can someone tell me the fit in comparison to the MVIII's I wear in a 9 and difference in the leather and synthetic in terms of fit. Every leather boot I've tried, my foot sloshes around in it and it feels like I'm going to roll an ankle every time I cut. Not like the Vapors which fit perfect and don't give at all.
