Voronin taps in the Robinson-deflected Gerrard free kick. 1-0 Liverpool. I don't really blame Robinson for that one.

Also, creepy announcement at Anfield with a loudspeaker saying "Stand By For Operation Anfield."

If they were going to draw, could they at least make it 0-0 and get me some fantasy points on reina?

Liverpool's defense was incredibly shoddy on the first goal, and it was the exact same play that scored on them the second time.

Robinson kick, berbatov wins the header, defenders not marking properly and keane finishes.

Liverpool drop more points at home to inferior side, gotta love it.

Just can't see them being title contenders TBH, way too erratic.

Right now it's us and ManYoo.

Positives from the Liverpool - Tottenham match:
    (1) The spirit gets knocked out of Spurs team & supporters yet again
    (2) A draw is probably the best result an Arsenal fan could wish for
    (3) More confirmation that Robinson is a shoddy keeper
    (4) Liverpool comes away excited to earn a draw against a team fighting relegation

    Negatives:
    (1) At least two points had to be given out between the teams

Where would everyone rate Messi in the world right now? I'd have to put him in the top 3. He is absolutely breathtaking at times.

I think Messi is the best attacking player on the globe. Clearly. As many have said, he is at time unplayable. Too fast. Too clever. Too much quality.

I'm trying to think of who I could even compare or begin a list with...I guess C.Ronaldo and Kaka but even they seem miles behind (current form).

Form is temporary, class is permanent. Remember that.

I'm talking about Kaka. Purseboy can go f*ck himself.

Talent wise, I think Messi is still on a different level than Kaka.

Kaka is a better gamble over time because he's bigger, can endure a lot more, isn't as injury prone, and I think if you have to build a team around one person creatively/offensively, it would be Kaka.

However, if you've got a Ronaldinho and a Thierry Henry around to free stuff up, no player in the world is going to rip teams apart more than Messi.
