Maybe he has a chronic fear of laces and needs them covered to function on a football pitch

His goal never should have been disallowed. I won't complain that it did though!!

Plus they've got the old heel counter so they aren't v-Kon II's.

I was looking at the V-Konstrukt II in the shops last week, and the whole back part of the boot, above the heel counter, is a stiff material and put me off it. I'm not sure why they couldn't have made it out of leather. I know the boot is supposed to be protective, but it seemed a bit overboard.

I know what you mean to me it seemed a bit overboard, but once you've played in them you realize how awesome they are. I've never felt such incredible support and it feels so stabile and comfortable while your going the full 90'.

Why do the konstrukt IIs have so many more seams than the origanal konstrukts and does that make any differance.

It helps to keep them from over-stretching.

Those Samoa ones have been out a while. I'm a bit disappointed the other ones aren't fully blacked out but it wouldn't be too hard to do that.

Yeah they were put on there a while back. They might have removed them temporarily when they sold out.

I wore my new V-Konstrukts for the first time the other night just to kick a ball around and try to break them in, then i wore them in my game yesterday and i had to take them off at half time. The back part that you mentioned wasn't broken in enough and became really uncomfortable

Yeah, it'll take awhile like any cleat. I love the touch of them, but was tripping over myself being used to playing in vapors for years and years.

I have Soft Ground V-Konstrukt IIs and I need to replace the studs. I was wondering what studs I should buy?

I live in San Jose, we never get rain so we always over-water the pitch on game day... I'm sure it's an accident but my fg vapors were not cutting it on the wet muddy pitches...

I think only a Puma stud will work in your boots, I believe the threads on the studs are different from adi and nike. (Could be wrong) just make sure so you don't strip the stud.

ya i speak from experience when i say dont intermix the brands of studs it is really easy to mess up the tightness of the stud that way
