Limiting this to coaches who are currently out of or almost certain to be soon out of work... picking up a free agent is a lot simpler than luring somebody who's established.

My vote is for Klinsmann because he'd be less likely to bolt early, and the team would play more attractive football.
I think the best thing about an AEG dalliance with Jose might be its galvanizing effect in bringing Klinsi to the altar.

The Special One (Mourinho) for me, or if not... yeah Cien, forgot about him.

I'll take Bob Bradley for a year (you said it was dream, right?), assisted by Cien or whatever former player he thinks has the goods, then they can take over after Bradley moves on.

Actually, I have no idea who could be a good coach for this team. They'll have to be good at 1-blending superstars and developmental scrubs, 2-lifting a team out of the pit of despair, 3-answering a lot of moronic questions about David this & David that, 4-addressing the leadership & skills & communication void that has been created this year.

Doesn't Bradley have, you know, a fairly high-profile gig right now?
Of course he could be fired to make way for, say, Scolari, if Portugal fires Scolari and Mourinho takes over from him. Oh, the permutations. Maybe I should have put Scolari in the poll.

    Dude... love this....

    Im going with .....
Trevor Francis.... plenty of coaching experience... played for Detriot Express...so he kinda knows America... currently doing nothing....and you can probably get him for the price of AEG Administrative Assistant....

Thought I'd throw a long shot in there...!!!

Klinsmann looks like a big flake. I would take anyone but him.

Oh please.... Lalas couldn't even call for a pizza, let alone Jose Murinho's agent.

Alexi Lalas is a functional retard.

    Mourinho...or Capello.

    Personally I'd take Mourinho though.

They're both still great coaches and at this point I think LA really needs a true expert to be in charge.

Cien always seemed a wise and passionate guy and would attract fans, and I believe he would win games for us....

I say Klinsmann as the new GM and Mourinho as the new coach...best of both worlds!

With Cobi and Cien as assistant coaches. Sure it'd cost a pretty penny, but we're the crown jewel of MLS!

    My wish list

    Klinsmann
    Mourinho
    Carlos Queiroz
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer-I think he is currently a Strikers Coach at Man Utd.
Cien or Cobi Jones: These two probably the more realistic choices.
