I have never sat here like this, so wishing to be with my friends rooting on my team. I just am amazed how bad this is.

Please use this as the in-game thread for the USOC semifinal. I'm probably going to head to bed, because waiting three more hours for the final whistle (as long as it doesn't go to OT) would kill me at work tomorrow. I'm so friggin' jealous of all the Riders and Revs fans that are drinking/tailgating/walking/singing into the stadium right now. I want to hear you guys keeping me awake in Germany!

Go Revs. Let's win a Cup ... this is the second to last step.

And before I forget ... no trolling. Most likely, I'll catch this thread in the morning before I read anything else. You've been given your warning, anyone who trolls will be given an infraction.

C'mon you Revs! Please give me one more chance to see a USOC match this year.

I think it was Steele in the 6th minute... I'm not in NE myself, btw. ;)

Noonan header off the post in the 14th minute, deflects for a corner.

I left the room for a minute and come back to find they are down 1-0. Anyone have any details. Great play, defensive breakdown, etc...?

Sounds like the goal was on a clearance error by Avery John. Pretty much it's been the only chance Carolina has had. At a guess there have been 5 Revs shots to 1 for Carolina.

If this score holds, you will see a new definition of "bitchfest" tomorrow.

As the post above says, it sounds like the Revs are dominatng possession and getting chances... I'm not worried... yet.

The goal was Maher from Steele. Maher has also gotten a yellow already for persistent infringement.

I saw, plus I'm listening. They are dominating and getting chances. Still, I'm worried. It hasn't been a "good news" day for me...

At any rate, I wasn't predicting this outcome. It was more of a joke about how tame today's posts will seem should they lose this one 1-0.

I've seen a couple fo Railhawks games this year... I've been imprerssed with Jonny Steele... I didn't realize he was from Northern Ireland... and he's only 21!

Maybe we'll see him in MLS next season.

Soundsd like Smith just got smacked. Someone on Carolina got a card, but not clear if it was for the hit on Smith... who seems ot be ok

Sounds like John started a brawl by taking down Steele... My impression is it was retaliation for no-calls

Huh... that also has bookings and only shows John's yellow... Was I wrong that there were one or two cards on Carolina?

Oh crap... Shalrie and Edozien just got reds... this ref sucks apparently. :(

Well, I sure am glad we have the depth to put in a strong replacement for Shalrie...

    Are you worried yet?

BTW, no SJ for the final either, assuming we could even find a way to come back from this.
